It is 135 sq.m apartment (without the courtyard) in a safe and fenced area 4000 sq.m. It is ready to accommodate 2-6 people. Moreover, Villa Moly follows eco-friendly standards as it has a heat pump. It is suitable for families with children, groups of friends, professionals, friends of nature and meditation. Even in our space can host events and parties.
The ground floor is equipped with:

The upper floor is formed with an attic room providing a private bathroom and private terrace.

All rooms and the living room have spacious closets, TV network and Internet.
Outdoors, in the ground floor entrance, the 24 sq.m. heated pool invites you to cool off while your barbecue cause to test your culinary performance.
All of the land area is planted with grass and flowers for recreation and sunbathing on the loungers.

Awesome location. Great host!

Enjoyed our stay very much! House is great in a suberb location. Host is super friendly and helpful. If you want some tranquility but still be close to everything - go here! Also perfect with kids!

A peaceful destination

The villa is beautiful and very well looked after by Michael who was extremely welcoming and looked after us so well. There is lots of space both inside and out. The surroundings are quite remote and very peaceful. A car is essential when staying here but shops and restaurants are only a 10 minute drive away.

a rare pearl!

Everything was perfect! At First, Michael is really a lovely person, all you need he gives or he tries to make in sort you are happy.. We are happy to meet him and it was a pleasure to exchange easily with him too. He invests himself a lot and for that "A BIG THANK". In Second what can we see about this villa? she's just gorgeous, well thought with air conditioning at each room, very well equipped internally and externally . We liked every light around the swimming and we enjoyed very much the decoration. The view is great and the villa is very quiet. We are delighted to have had a dream week. Hospitality & kindness

La maison est très confortable, conforme à la description. La piscine très agréable. Michael est un hôte très attentionné (merci pour les provisions du 1er jour). La maison est vraiment au calme, avec une vue magnifique sans être loin des lieux à visiter. Une semaine de vacances parfaites. A refaire ;)

Villa avec beaucoup d’atouts mais quelques déceptions

Lors de notre séjour, nous avons apprécié l’environnement calme de la maison et la beauté des paysages alentours (champs d’oliviers à perte de vue). La maison est très spacieuse, très propre et semble au premier abord bien équipée. A l'usage au quotidien, nous avons eu quelques déceptions qui ont entaché notre enthousiasme de départ : - équipement de cuisine insuffisant pour 6 personnes : seulement 6 assiettes plates (certes lave vaisselle mais quand même...); 2 petites casseroles , pas de cocotte, pas de poêle, pas de saladier ou de plat de service, pas d’essoreuse a salade, etc ... Paradoxalement, présence d’equipement electrique tel que robot, grill, hachoir, etc ... - coupures électriques à répétition . Après l’avoir sollicité à plusieurs reprises, le propriétaire nous a indiqué l’emplacement du disjoncteur à l’extérieur de la maison - nous avions choisi cette propriété pour sa piscine chauffée (séjour en avril) : or elle ne l’etait pas à notre arrivée . Nous avons dû insister pour que le chauffage soit mis en route. Au bout de 2 jours, nous avons pu profiter de la piscine, qui est bien agréable même si pas suffisamment sécurisée à notre goût pour des enfants - l’eau chaude sanitaire est assurée par des panneaux solaires qui peuvent être insuffisants si on prend des bains : privilégier la douche et ne rester pas trop longtemps, dommage car il y a 2 belles baignoires ! - le lave linge présent dans la maison ne fonctionnait pas - la vidange de la baignoire de l’etage présente une fuite qui s’est répandue au rez-de-chaussée En conclusion la maison est très attractive en apparences mais les défauts successifs peuvent gâcher quelque peu le séjour. Dommage car la région est magnifique et riche en belles découvertes, à distance raisonnable de nombreux sites remarquables ! A ce sujet de la documentation et des informations touristiques et pratiques seraient les bienvenues.

amazing!!!

The villa is a wonderful spot to enjoy Crete. We only stayed for a few days as we visited for a friend's wedding, but Michael was very helpful and on hand to help. Very tidy and we'll appointed villa, plenty of space and a great view from the pool. We'd love to come back again!

excellent vacation

Really can't say enough good things about our stay and our hosts! Marw and Michael met us in person and were ready to help us with directions if we got lost (navigating the backroads up the hill can be a little tricky in places but we found the apartment no problem), they gave us a warm welcome showed us round the incredible apartment, which turned out too be much larger than in the pictures! Michael also kindly showed me round his new home next door, they obviously both have great taste! The private pool is incredibly clean and refreshing especially in the summer heat, a real luxury! We also thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor BBQ! The kitchen is extremely well appointed and had everything we could have wished for, our hosts even provided some refreshments and staples in the fridge! On our hosts we could not fault them, on one occasion I shut the door not realising it locks shut and locked myself and my girlfriend out in our swim wear and Micheal was there is 15mins to save the day (and me a serious headache!). They gave us solid recommendations for places to eat and pointed out all the local amenities. Communication was excellent. My girlfriend and I spent days looking for 5 star hotels and Airbnbs before traveling to Crete, reading review after review like you are now. Stop reading, just book this place (if it's still available!), it really is that good. You won't regret it.

Nice villa,friendly people.

Very friendly owner. We arrived late in the evening but we were welcomed warmly. The fridge already had all you need for Breakfast. Well-equipped Villa there is everything you can imagine - a full set of dishes and glasses, coffee makers, shakers, toasters, sandwich makers, napkins, towels, bathrobes, Hairdryer and so on... all furniture and plumbing are new, the pillows and sheets quality... actually everything is made with love for themselves! Wifi speed is good. Air conditioning in all rooms. Clean and beautiful pool. The place is very secluded, no noise and no worries. Nearby is a large supermarket Lidl, to the sandy wide beach is only 10 minutes away by car. Очень доброжелательный и отзывчивый хозяин. Встретил нас радушно, несмотря на поздний приезд ночью, в холодильнике нас уже ждало все что нужно для завтрака. Отлично оборудованная вилла, там есть все что только можно представить - полный набор посуды и бокалов, кофеварки, шейкеры, тостеры, бутербродницы, салфетки, полотенца, халаты, фен и прочее... вся мебель новая, постельное белье качественное, сантехника приличная... вообщем все сделано с душой, как для себя! Wi-fi есть, скорость хорошая. Кондиционеры во всех комнатах. Чистый и красивый бассейн. Место очень уединенное, никто не мешает вашему отдыху. Рядом есть большой продуктовый супермаркет Lidl, до песчаного широкого пляжа всего 10 минут езды на машине.

Wonderful holidays!!

What a wonderful holiday! The hosts Michael and Maro were amazing. The views were fabulous. Would definitely go there again. Rooms were spacious and everything to a high spec.

villa moly- amazing vacation

My husband and I have been many times in Crete and we have visited a lot of places. However, Villa moly is more than those described. It is very peaceful place surrounded by olive trees and herbs. The place was lovely especially when you soak in the pool. And of course the hammock...I absolutely enjoyed it. The house was clean and fresh, full equipped as a normal house and also it could be a nice destination in winter as well. Michael as a host is a very friendly person and available any time to give help when it was asked. Hope to see you again next year.
