Welcome to Cabin Allswell! Our home, with a 'farmhouse cottage' feel, is located just off Beaver Lake and offers a 'nature reserve' experience. It's equipped to host up to 8 people.



When you walk into our A-frame home, you'll discover an open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining space that creates the ideal setting for memorable gatherings. Unwind in the living room, equipped with a flat-screen TV where you can stream all your favorite shows through a Roku.



Step outside to enjoy stunning lake views from two inviting porches. The upper deck features a gas grill for outdoor cooking, while the screened-in lower deck provides a perfect spot for relaxed family meals, complete with tables and chairs.



Experience the comfort of memory foam mattresses in every bedroom. Even the living room’s pull-out couch features a memory foam mattress, ensuring everyone has their own sanctuary without the need to draw straws for sleeping arrangements:

(1) Private bedroom - with a Queen-size bed and two Twin-size beds.

(2) Shared space - loft with two Twin-size beds and a Sofa bed (Queen size) in the living room.

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras are at the property for security purposes - one doorbell camera on the front door and an outdoor camera on the backyard shed.



Other Things to Note:

★ County‑wide burn bans may be in effect during your stay, which could limit use of the fire pit. For more details on burn bans, visit the Arkansas Department of Agriculture - Forestry Division website.



House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.

- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
