Before we really dive into what makes this home great, here are some highlights we think you’ll love:
✔ 2 bedrooms + one sleeper sofa for 6 guests: This home is prepared to comfortably host 6 people, with two king beds in private bedrooms and one full-size sleeper sofa.
✔ 2 full bathrooms: Each bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom–one with a double vanity and walk-in shower, and the other with a shower/tub combo.
✔ Ocean view: You want insta-worthy beach pics? You’ve got ‘em–and you don’t even have to go outside to get ‘em. This is a beachfront home, with a direct view of the coast right from your balcony.
✔ Pool, hot tub, sauna, + more! Talk about community perks: you’ve got two outdoor pools, a sauna, and an indoor hot tub at your disposal! We’re already relaxed just reading about it. If you feel like moving around, you’ll also have access to two lighted tennis courts and a full gym, perfect for working up a sweat before you nap the rest of the day away.
✔ Boat docks: This home is beachfront, but the property has access to boat docks on the Old River on the other side of the key. Ask us about accommodations for your boat, jet skis, kayaks, paddle boards, or towing trailers during your stay!

Two private bedrooms are up for grabs, each with a king bed and private en-suite, so we know everyone’s going to end up ultra-comfy. The only thing left to decide is who’s going to get the room with the balcony access and beachfront view. Might we suggest flipping a coin, hosting a rock-paper-scissors showdown, or staging an arm-wrestling match?
Meanwhile, there’s a cozy pullout sleeper sofa in the living room for the kids, the early risers, and anyone who enjoys being first in line for the coffee maker.

★BOAT DOCK ACCESS FOR BOATS, JET SKIS, AND MORE★
This home is beachfront, but you’ll also have access to the property’s riverfront side across Perdido Key Drive! Bring along your boat, jet skis, paddle boards, kayaks, and towing trailer to maximize the water fun during your stay.

Just let us know at least 5 days before your stay if you’d like to bring along a towing trailer or any additional vehicles. You’ll need a parking decal for your trailer and a decal for your boat or other vehicles, both of which we can secure for you before your stay!

Guest Access:
This home is on the 5th floor of a shared condo building with an elevator. You’ll have the entire 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit to yourself, and you’ll have one designated parking space. Another parking space can be requested prior to your arrival.

If you’re bringing a boat, kayak, paddle boards, or jet skis, let us know at least 5 days before your stay so we can request your parking decals for the towing trailer parking lot and the dock. Trailer parking and docks are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, and we can hook you up with offsite parking if needed.

You’ll access the home via a door code that we’ll confirm with you prior to your stay.

Just because you’re visiting in the “off season” doesn’t mean you have to miss out on fun and unique things to do in the area! Here are some happenings that keep the fun going through the winter months:
✔ Market at Perdido Key: Every second Sunday from September through December, check out The Market at Perdido Key at 3405 Gulf Beach Hwy for baked goods, art, produce, and more.
✔ Polar Bear Dip: If you’re around on New Year’s Day, head to the Flora-Bama for the Polar Bear Dip and take a chilly plunge in the Gulf!
✔ Fort Morgan Oyster Fest: Get excited, fellow oyster lovers. The Fort Morgan Oyster Fest comes around the last weekend of every February and features all-you-can-eat oysters prepared in every way you could possibly think of.

Getting Around:
We recommend arriving to your vacation home by car and having a personal or rented vehicle present to help you get around the area. You’ll have one designated parking space, and you can request a second parking space prior to your arrival.

If you’re bringing a boat, kayak, paddle boards, or jet skis, you’ll be able to park your towing trailer and dock your vehicles on the property. Just let us know at least 5 days prior to your stay if you’re planning to bring a towing trailer and/or any vehicles that will be parked in the water so we can secure the appropriate parking decals for you.

Flying into the Gulf Shores area is about to get way easier, too: beginning in May 2025, Allegiant Airlines will offer nonstop flights from Fayetteville, Arkansas; Belleville, Illinois; and Knoxville, Cincinnati, Houston, and Kansas City right into Gulf Shores International Airport! Flights are also available into Pensacola International Airport (about 40 miles from Orange Beach) and Mobile Regional Airport (about 70 miles from Orange Beach) from other U.S. cities.

Some rideshare services may be available on demand, depending on availability. Ask us about shuttle, ferry, and party bus rental options, too!
