The space

This exquisite newly built luxury home, located in the prestigious Bosque de Pinilla community within Hacienda Pinilla, offers the perfect balance of elegance, comfort, and privacy. Designed with high-end finishes and thoughtful details, the home features spacious interiors and seamless indoor-outdoor living.
The villa includes a fully equipped kitchen, bright open living spaces, and a private pool with BBQ area—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Guests also enjoy access to a shared community area with a pool, lounge chairs, and additional BBQ facilities.
Ideally located, the home is just a 5-minute drive from the Beach Club and only 2 minutes from the JW Marriott Hotel.
