We absolutely loved this unit, pictures do not do it justice! The owner was so friendly and quick to respond, we had a few questions before check in and he was so helpful. We had a family of six and there was more than enough space for everyone. We will definitely be staying her again

Perfect Condo for a Perfect Beach Family Vacation

This condo is located at Sterling Breeze Resort and had the most amazing ocean/ beach views. From our balcony we watched manatees and a shark in the water in the early morning, enjoyed a refreshing dip in the resort pool while sipping in a delicious cocktail from the poolside bar and in the evenings walking along the shoreline enjoying the majestic sunset. This was the best condo/ resort we have stayed in and plan to be back next year.

High School Graduation Celebration

The condo was beautiful with recent upgrades. This was a grandparent's weekend with the grands to celebrate 2 high-school graduates. Plenty of room with a mini apartment as the 3rd bedroom. All the kids were happy with the accommodations- particularly the bathrooms & "the fancy showers!" It was a lot of fun looking for sand crabs at night.

Birthday Trip

I took a small get away to Panama City Beach and chose this lovely property. I must admit the property was a lot bigger than I expected and I loved it! The 22nd floor views were breath taking. The place was very clean and I would definitely book here again.

Pure Heaven

This condo is absolutely gorgeous! Lots of room-there 9 of us, ages 10-64. We were actually surprised to find the condo actually has a separate suite. It’s on the 22nd floor so the view is spectacular! We are already planning to come back next year!

I loved the condo! Everything was so clean and we had a lot of space to enjoy ourselves. The location was perfect! The things I hated was the grill stop working and when I emailed who I was suppose too I never got a response. The grill on the patio was one of the biggest reason I chose this condo. Needless to say I lost money cause the food we were gn bbq went to waste. I don’t understand while we had to check in so late and leave so early that too me is a rip off also.

Great Condo- Elevator Horrible

We were on 22 floor. The building has 2 elevators- one of which was not working one day. At times the wait was 10 - 15 minutes to get an elevator.

Great Family vaca

First of all, It was 10 of us! MIX of adults with our grown kids. We had one lil one with us too and they had something for all of us to do in the area. Location is great, morning coffee on the balcony with great view. The condo was spacious and comfortable for all of us. My only complaint - for some one wit allergies- was that it needs a deep cleaning for sure. LOT'S of dust. I dropped my ring and got on the floor and I saw dust monsters under d bed. But I would have never noticed if I hadn't been lookin for my stuff. Parking was good. Food nearby, burgers and drinks at pool bar are so good. The elevator sucks but just have a lil patience.

Super Nice, but a few issues

Nice, but whoever looks condo over between staying is not through At all. TV didn’t work in 2nd main bedroom. Remote did not work in living room. Handle broken on balcony and actually sitting on the grill. Took 2 days to get TV and remote functional. There is a communication glitch between Shane and whoever does the maintenance. Handle was still not fixed when we left. Shane was nice, but I’m on vacation, not my job to keep checking on things. Tv in the kids room didn’t work, I meant to say something to Shane, but we didn’t need to use it. Each TV operation was set up different. No cable in living room. Had to use apps to see shows. Master bedroom actually had cable. That was nice. The third bedroom didn’t have cable. Just confusing. The couch cushions were wore out. Once you use the bed in the couch. The cushions would not stay in place. Kept sliding out. The condo is reAlly nice! I would stay again, on the condition I contact the property manager and someone throughly I inspects the room before we arrive. Not trying to be negative, just a few things when your family is ready to vacation and I’m on the phone trying to get things fixed.

Parking past

This was an awesome room and great Location. The only issue that we had is that the listing and email stated that a parking pass was included but the guy at the desk stated that booking agencies had nothing to do with the parking pass and we had to pay for a parking pass. Which isn’t the end of the world but it was the principle of having to pay for something that plain as day said was included.

The property was great. Very clean and nicely furnished. However, I was shocked at the fees added to the original posted daily rental charge. I can understand cleaning fees and taxes. The fees for ownership and management were very high. I will in the future rent directly from an owner. The fees added over $100 per night. This should be shown in the posted rental charge on the website.

Ac Drain Nighmare

Having to dump a bucket of water from the AC drain every 2 to 3 hours was not enjoyable. The owner was contacted and made no efforts to correct or resolve the issue. So our only option was to stay with the AC off which would have been fine if we could have left the doors open which was NOT an option since there was RED TIDE, or run the AC and keep the place from flooding by dumping a bucket every 2 to 3 hours.

This is an amazing condo!!!!

There were 10 of us ladies! We all slept comfortable, the condo was very clean and spacious! It has 3 big bathrooms! The owner was super friendly, not that there were any problems. He made sure the internet was working for us. We will be staying here again! Hopefully next year! This condo is just WOW! It felt like home.

Panama City beach front beauty!

We enjoyed everything about this beautiful beach-front Panama City condo! 2 families of 5 fit perfectly! We loved that both masters had the king-sized beds. The kids fought over the top-bunks! Kids loved we were so high up (22nd floor). The beach was beautiful, the pool nice and warm! We were happy to find 4 beach chairs to use. The atmosphere was very family friendly! Thanks for helping us add a 5th night very short notice - we are so glad the weather made us head south early (to avoid snow) and we had the whole day Sunday to enjoy! Just beautiful!!

Beautiful & very spacious!

The condo was beautiful and very spacious! The addition of the second master suite with kitchenette was very nice! The view was exceptional and we loved the large patio overlooking the gorgeous gulf! We also loved the close proximity to Pier Park! Look forward to renting this unit again in the future!
