THANKSGIVING WEEK Nov.17/24 in our 4 Bed 3 baths Lake View Nr.Beach S/W facing V

This was our third stay in beautiful flamingo palms. What can we say? It was as perfect and fabulous as always. The villa is superbly equipped with everything you could possibly want or need during your stay- plentiful kitchen utensils and crockery, towels and linens galore, all the outdoor pool furniture etc. It is all beautifully maintained and well thought out. Definitely has the luxury/ relaxation theme and is a warm and welcoming home. The pool/ lanai receives day long sunshine, and is the perfect place to lie and relax with a book. The pool area backs directly onto a lake, so fantastic views and you can watch the turtles swim past or clamber out to sunbathe on the lake banks right behind the villa. It’s a short drive to downtown Naples with all the amenities, great shopping and brilliant beaches. An added bonus was that we caught the summer sales so great shopping bargains to be had at Dillards in the Coastland Centre or at Miromar Outlets which is a 20 minute drive away.

Having stayed at Briarwood a number of times, this is our favourite villa. The home occupies a perfect plot overlooking the lake and the accommodation is very well laid out. The highlight for us is the south facing pool deck, pool, large jacuzzi and bbq. The beautiful Naples weather meant we had all our meals outside. The villa is furnished to a very high standard and all needs are catered to. Ideal for a large party or two families sharing.

The villa has a light and airy feel to it with some tasteful decorations.

For a future visit, if we bring two cars, we would ask the owners if they could rejig some of the items in the garage.

We would not hesitate to recommend this property and really hope to be back again soon!

Spacious home, great layout, well stocked. Dated but clean and comfortable (bed not the best for us, but that's personal preference - it's not too soft or hard), lots of interesting decorations. The screened in pool and deck were the highlight. Backing the lake and seeing turtles and birds was a bonus. Note the spa does not stay hot and running all the time, you need to divert the pump/heater from the pool and let it warm up. Not hard to operate, but good to know. Pool heater/pump is on a timer so if you want to use the spa later in the evening make sure you ask Owner if possible. She graciously accommodated us.

Feels like you are staying at a friend's house. Beautiful, quiet and safe community, easy to get to anywhere in Naples. You hear airplanes often from the Naples airport, but no noisy neighbours. Owner was very responsive when we had questions/issues.

House was spotless as usual and was fully equipped with everything we needed.

Property is situated in a lovely secure gated community, is very spacious and pool area overlooking the lake is really beautiful and ideal for outside dining.
