Stunning 5 bedroom, 4 bath waterfront home on the private side of beautiful Lake Anna. Recently updated with modern amenities, this spacious and inviting house is the perfect place to unwind and spend quality time with friends and family. Enjoy breathtaking views from the living area and the two primary bedrooms, or take a short, level walk down to the waterfront to relax and soak in the lake`s natural beauty. With plenty of yard space, this is the perfect spot for entertaining with loved ones. Don`t forget to bring your boat or rent one and take advantage of the option for dock tie-up. For a more tranquil experience, three kayaks and a 18’ x 6’ floating mat are available for guest use. Discover the ultimate retreat at Evergreen Escape and create unforgettable memories with the ones you love.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Truly great place!

Fantastic place on the private side of Lake Anna. Flat and level back yard leading to the water. Great pier with good fishing. Perfect house for families and friends. Would definitely Italy stay here again.

Great weekend

We had our multigenerational family with us for the weekend. We had a great time. The house was large and recently updated. We had a lot of fun at the dock, fishing and swimming.

Relaxing Spring break

Wonderful remodeled home. Every bathroom looked brand new! Very clean. The sunroom is great for meals and playing games. Flat yard to the dock. Owner was very easy to work worth. I would 100% stay here again.
