Esta casa de registro cuenta con 5 dormitorios. El dormitorio principal se encuentra en el segundo piso con vistas a la sala de techo abovedado gran. Tiene una cama king y también un baño completo. En la planta principal se encuentran 2 dormitorios con una cama de matrimonio en cada uno. Hay un baño completo en la planta principal también. La cocina, el comedor y la sala de estar (televisión de 60 pulgadas) están ubicadas en el piso principal, rodeadas por techos abovedados de notty pine. Desde allí se puede salir a la cubierta y disfrutar del aire fresco de los adirondacks. Desde la cubierta se puede ver a sus hijos jugar en el césped o en el agua. Tienes una vista de pájaro perfecto de todo. En la planta baja hay 2 dormitorios. Cada habitación tiene una cama queen y una litera (las literas son twin xl). También hay una hermosa zona de bar para reunirse alrededor. Hay una televisión de 60 pulgadas y algunos sofás para relajarse y ver su programa favorito. Desde allí se puede caminar directamente por las puertas correderas de cristal al agua. Hay wifi inalámbrico si tienes que usar el Internet. Si quieres experimentar el Adirondacks este es el lugar para ti. Hay ciervos, ardillas, patos e incluso loons que se puede ver desde su casa de registro privado. Ropa de cama se incluirá en todas las estancias (ropa de cama y baño y toallas de mano.)

Second beautiful stay at Camp Chiffy! Home is spatious and clean with plenty of spaces to eat, play games, prepare meals, and spend time together. Lovely firepit area and nice dock system that was able to accomodate our 23 ft speedboat. Home is close to Old Forge center and a 6 minute drive from many shops and restaurants. Communication is excellent. We had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful week in the log cabin. Everything was clean and well cared for. We loved the big spacious main room, where we (a multi-generational family) could all hang out together. The kitchen was very well stocked, with pots, pans, everything we needed. We enjoyed the the big lawn where the kids could play and the adults could watch the boats go by. We ate all our meals on the deck. The kayaks were fun. We will definitely return!

This place was beautiful. The pictures are great but seeing it in person is amazing. It's a great location close to Old Forge and Inlet where we like to visit. It was very peaceful there as well. We had a great trip even though the weather was a bit rainy. Having such a big place was great when we had to avoid the rain. Vincent was always really responsive if we had any questions. Also the kitchen is really well stocked with pans and utensils. The fridge was very big so we had a great time preparing meals. Also having the dishwasher and washer/dryer was super helpful. Internet worked great too.

Family Vacation

Camp Chiffy never disappoints! It is so perfect for our growing family. Our kids and grandkids had an unforgettable week of building memories together. The property is gorgeous, the new docks were perfect for our boat and our avid fisherman. Everyday ended with a fire in the beautiful fire pit! We all love camp Chiffy and hope to stay again soon!

Beautiful place for vacation!

We had a lovely week in this beautiful lakeside cottage. Gorgeously decorated, clean and well maintained. Well-stocked kitchen and a grill that is nicer than ours at home. Temperature was comfortable indoors and the firepit and waterfront were great for nights by the fire. My husband was even able to bring and park his boat there! We are excited to come back again!

Wonderful time

Our family had a great time at Camp Chiffy! It was roomy enough for everyone with plenty of spaces for family members to congregate for card games, etc. The kitchen was well stocked and we made good use of it. We used the deck, firepit, and the dock a lot. The kayaks and other water toys were much appreciated. We went swimming, tubing, kayaking and hiking. We cooked on the grill, made s'mores, and had epic corn hole tournaments. Thanks for a wonderful time!

Fantastic house in a great location

This is a great house, very clean with good size rooms. The docks & kayaks provided hours of entertainment on the water. I loved that the house is set back from the road. The separate living areas are great with 3 families to have the kids downstairs while the adults can talk upstairs. We ate outside every evening on the lovely deck. Only wish there were blankets on the beds.

Annual Family Camping Trip

This was by far our most favorite family camping trips thus far! The property was spacious, enough for our 4 families. The master bedroom was beautiful, we were able to setup a play pen for our 1 year old. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you may need. The views outside from the living room were breathtaking and beautiful. The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock every morning. Kayaks were great and fun. We will definitely be coming back. It was a trip were we created memories that will last a lifetime.

We had a wonderful time. The cooler weather fostered more hiking and biking. We still went out tubing and cruising in the rented pontoon boat. The house was comfortable and well-equipped. Great home on the lake!

Home was very clean and more than enough room for the 2 families that stayed! We rented a boat for 4 days and used the kayaks as well. It's located right in between Old Forge and Inlet. We spent time in both. Would definitely recommend this rental for any group.

I have always dreamed about owning a home in Old Forge on the water. I grew up about an hour south of Old forge in the town of New Hartford, NY. I use to go up to Old Forge to boat during the summer and snowmobile and ski in the winter. I still live in New Hartford and have a wife and 2 kids (13 and 14.) I graduated from Albany College of Pharmacy and now own 3 independent pharmacies with my family in Utica, NY. My family and myself love the outdoors and try to keep active.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

When I saw this property I knew I had to have it. The open vaulted ceiling covered in notty pine was the big selling point for me. It made me really feel like I was part of Adirondacks. I have so many old memories with my friends and family up here. I bought this property so my children can have great family memories like I had growing up.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

I looked at many places to purchase in Old Forge. This place had it all. The open floor plan, walls of notty pine, 1.3 acres of land, long driveway off the main road, and 3 docks on the water. Not to mention, a LOG HOME (how awesome is that.) The most important thing this home has, is a walk out basement that has a gradual slope to the water. Many of the homes on the water have stairs or hills you have to climb down to get to your dock. I wanted a home that was level with the water. Many of my renters are looking for this benefit also.
