We pride ourselves to keep the spaces impeccably clean and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped to make meals. This peaceful retreat has heated tile floors, two fireplaces, a beautiful wet bar with an icemaker and reverse osmosis water tap. The Primary Suite boasts a fireplace, soaking tub, and steam shower. The home is family friendly with a play area, books and toys and a bunk room. The location is minutes from Downtown Flagstaff, NAU and numerous hiking trails.
Guests can enjoy access to the club house, community center and game room. Which include pool, hot-tub, gym, tennis/pickleball courts and a restaurant nestled beneath the beautiful San Francisco Peaks. Work with your host for Verkada Pass access.

We live in Phoenix with our 2 kids. Flagstaff is a wonderful escape to a cooler climate, pine trees, fresh air, and tons of activities!

Flagstaff Ranch is conveniently located minutes from downtown and NAU Campus. The food scene is exquisite from college pizza joints to 5-Course cuisine. 30-minutes from beautiful Sedona, 1-hour from the Grand Canyon. The home is in a lovely, secluded neighborhood with access to any entertainment, restaurants, shopping, trails and pine trees.
