Everything is excellent - the location (beachfront), the unit (clean, modern and well-stocked), the view, the pools (warm, clean and multiple), the convenience (Soriana supermarket is 5 minutes away), the owner/manager (efficient communication and easy check-in). Can't wait to visit Harbor 171 again!

Better than the pictures, we loved it. We would stay again. Well stocked kitchen, spacious place. The air conditioner worked great. Bed was comfortable. The host was great. The beach and pools were also great. Grocery store and places to eat close enough to walk. Excellent security on the property. This will be our go to place from now on in Puerto Vallarta.

This place is as advertised! Beautiful view of the ocean, large 1 bedroom condo provides for very comfortable stay. Good location with easy access to downtown. Would definitely stay here again. Good communication with owner.

Very beautiful suite with amazing views of both the ocean and mountains!! Convenient location and both host and property manager Martina were excellent. Would recommend and stay here again.

Very comfortable, great facilities

My partner and I had a wonderful week in Richard’s condo and had everything we needed to stay cool, make a few meals at home and enjoy the pools out front, and the rooftop gym! The gym was such a highlight.

We stay in the unit for 22 days .The space is very roomy beautiful view and pool . The unit is well equipped give you opportunity to cook and prepare meals . Bonus is beautiful fitness facilities on the roof top and pool.

Bright and Beautiful

We enjoyed our stay tremendously as our time spent was for the most part was worry free. The two exceptional offerings were the unit and the location . As to the unit it was bright, large, full of amenities and best of all a spectacular view of the ocean from the a good sized deck. The location is great as it is in walking range to service including great restaurants.

Beautiful, modern one bedroom two bathroom apartment. Very spacious apartment with a large bedroom and king size bed. Both bathrooms have a full walk-in shower. The kitchen is equipped with a good sized refrigerator and a gas cooktop and oven. The balcony was a bonus for us as it gave extra outdoor space for us to enjoy. Richard was very helpful during our preparation for our stay with answering any questions we had. Martina, the property manager, was helpful with arranging airport transportation as well as with the check-in process. The facilities at the complex were stunning. Beautiful pools, great ocean views and a well equipped fitness room. Front desk staff were very helpful and the cleaning and pool staff were always working hard to keep things in great shape. There are lots of restaurants close by and a grocery store a short walk away. Downtown PV was about a 20 minute walk or a short bus ride. We will definitely return to Harbor 171.

Harbor 171 1st stay

It was a wonderful place both the room and the property. We stayed over New Year's eve and got to watch just about all the fireworks in town. The condo was very spacious for the two of us. We enjoyed the kitchen area and being able to make a few of our meals in the condo. John and I corresponded over the week on a few questions I had and was very responsive to my questions.

Great stay right on the water!

This is a great brand new development with multiple pools and jacuzzis right on the beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and we had a super easy check-in and check-out process. The host was great and very communicative and the property manager Martina is so welcoming and helpful. She even met up with me after checkout to return my Apple Watch I had left in the unit. The unit itself is very nice and has a great WiFi connection so I could work remotely. Could not reccomene this place more !

The apartment is huge and new and really comfortable. Well equipped and comes with a million dollar view. The kitchen is well equipped for self catering and there is a sorianna walking distance. Good restaurants in the neighbourhood of versailles as well just across the street. While we were there it wasn’t overly busy so lots of chairs available at the pool whenever we wanted. There are like 6 pools to choose from including the rooftop which has spectacular views. The apartment is well equipped and in house laundry which was great. It was less than a 15 minute bus ride to centro and uber was no problem. The building has direct access to the beach which was super clean. Lots of staff around and the rules seems strict which means everything is well maintained and clean. It is by far been the best private accommodation we have had over the years. The property manager met us and explained everything and was super friendly. There is a massive construction site right next door but we could not hear it from this unit. You can watch the fireworks on the malecon and some of the residents say you can see the whales out front part of the year all from the balcony. I 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for beachfront modern accommodation.

Nice and calm brand new unit, close from the centro of puerto Vallarta and a grocerie store. Richard is a excellent host. Tres belle unitée, calme et près de tout, épicerie 35 min a pied du centre. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et Richard est tres avenant.
