Can Sleep up to 16 in beds. **The nightly rate that is posted on Vrbo is for 10 people adults or children including babies. Occupancy over 10 guests has a nightly rate adjustment that will be listed in the Owner's Fees section of your booking
3.5 bathrooms featuring luxurious amenities like a jetted bathtub, you'll feel pampered during your stay.
Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything The Tree House & The White Mountains has to offer.
Dining room and extended Eat In Bar seats 14+. Dining room opens to the patios and back yard consisting of over 1/3rd acre.
Private patios run full length of home. Plenty of courtyard parking, driveway & Large 2 Car Garage is accessible to guests.

The Chef's Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious family meals.
Dishwasher, electric stove, large toaster oven, blender, microwave, ice machine, Keurig coffee maker, lots of spices.
2 empty/cleared cabinets and Pantry Area are set aside for guests' food & Snack storage.
The laundry room is at the end of the kitchen hallway separated by the Powder Room (half bath)
The laundry room is The Mud Room & is accessible to the exterior patios & garage.
1st floor master suite, "The Bear's Den" has a King Size Sleigh Bed, patio access, private bathroom with shower & Jetted tub. Large walk-in closet & plenty of clothes storage.

The "Puppy Pen" bedroom #4++ Is a huge Family, Bunk Room, & TV viewing room with 2 more desk Work stations, bath towels, & more towel racks. We also have a card table, board games, puzzles, & books. A large Full size sofa sleeper, coffee table, chairs, and end tables for comfy TV & Sports viewing.
BYO Super Box or Firestick for on demand sports viewing. This will compliment our Smart TVs, free Max, HBO, Hulu, and Disney channels.

We are a dog friendly home. Unfortunately due to severe damages to our home caused by the pets, our pet fee is $50 per night for 2 dogs. $20 a night for each pet after 2. Please advise the actual pet count. We will be happy to host your 4 legged family members.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Bag all trash. Take all trash out. Put it in the bins and roll them to the curb in front of the Spruce tree on the road. Sunday night for early Monday pick up. Or any day that is your departure day.
Put used towels in the bathtubs please.
Turn of HVAC ** It is very helpful if the top bunks are not going to be slept in, that the kids do not get up there and play on them. Otherwise they have to be stripped washed & re made Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please pick up ALL THE DOG FECES. There is a pooper scooper and baggies by garage entrance. Bag all your trash before placing trash in the bin

Beautiful home in a beautiful location!! Super cozy and perfect for our getaway! Very well done home with everything you would need! Probably the best vacation rental I’ve stayed in! We had an issue with the fridge not working correctly but lucky enough they offered a second fridge on property in the garage, not ideal but it worked. I would stay I this home again any day! None of us wanted to leave!

Great Stay - spacious and cozy

Beautiful house! We stayed for a work trip but enjoyed our evenings at the house to kick back and recharge. Check-in and check-out were super easy. The house is very clean and has a lot of amenities. It's in a very nice neighborhood. I would highly recommend this house.

Dream Cabin Vacay

Wow- this place is a literal dream! I can’t say enough great things about it. The Dog room blew us away with the double bunk beds and queen bed- it slept our whole family. The other guest rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable for everyone. There were a few downsides to our stay, some out of control of the owner but we let her know about them. Wish the bathrooms had been cleaned better, there were hairs in all showers and tubs. We had to clean before using them. Owners were very responsive and kind, we all LOVED spending time on the deck and walking around the beautiful neighborhood. Make sure to find the train house down the street- it was amazing! We can’t wait to stay at the “tree house” again soon!!

Wonderful experience

Had no problems with directions. The house was spotless. Great neighborhood, right in the middle of town. The people are so friendly. The house has all the amenities. Great TV hookup, all the channels. Wi-Fi of course. The managers answered every question immediately. I highly recommend them because I have stayed in their properties in Rocky Point Mexico and they have never let me down. There are more than 50 lakes in Pine Top available for any outdoor experience you want. GOLF, you bet!! You are not going to go wrong in Pinetop with Kim and Barney.

Family Getaway

We booked the Treehouse for our annual Winter Family getaway. We have ski/snowboarded at Sunrise for many years and loved the listing and the space it had to accommodate our group. When we got to the property, check in directions were easy to follow and we messaged the hosts that we made it with no issues. The cabin is AMAZING! It had so much room that the entire family could converse and hangout around the kitchen and dining room tables with no problems. The couches were super comfy, and the gas fire place was a hit for everyone including our four legged fur-babies! The rooms were spacious as well with comfortable beds, and the upper loft room was a whole other hang out area for the young adults! They even had some retractable baby gates on the stair case to keep our toddler and puppies from hurting themselves. Everything was clean and we had enough cookware and utensils to feed our crew.The only thing that we lacked was “more snow” The hosts were amazing, do not hesitate to book this home! We plan on coming back MANY times!
