Condo was spotless, well cared for and had everything we needed for a truly memorable vacation. I can’t describe how amazing the view from the patio was. The pictures didn’t do it justice. We will definitely be a return visitor.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo has a gorgeous view of the golf course and mountains. The neighborhood is kept up extremely well and is complemented with flowers everywhere. The neighborhood is noisy during the weekdays with landscape crews using gas driven power tools. The condo itself is nice. The showers are nicely tiled with glass panels and seats. We suggest installing grab bars. The washer and dryer are good appliances. We suggest here installing hooks or bars to hang laundry. There isn’t anything to hang hangars on. The two refrigerators seem to run almost continuously and they’re irritatingly noisy. The ceiling fan in the guest bedroom was unable to be operated because the remote for it was missing. One of the side tables in the master bedroom is wobbly and needs attention. The living space furniture is uncomfortable. The people at the rental office were efficient and very helpful.

Great location and property but unit needs some TLC

The location of this unit was excellent. Great, well maintained, quiet Arnold Palmer community. This unit's patio faces the 3rd green and the spectacular Santa Rosa mountains and remains comfortable all day. The unit is large and has large bedrooms and bathrooms and large common areas. We loved staying in this community but would not repeat in this unit for the following reasons: 1. The linens for bedrooms and bathrooms need to be upgraded (they were very old and worn looking). 2. Only one portion of the outdoor grill was getting a flame. 3. I am allergic to dog hair and the living room sectional had so much dander and hair embedded in it that I was unable to sit on that surface for our entire stay. Owners must have dog that sheds a lot 4. Master closets were filled with bins full of linens. They should be in the garage so guests can use the entire closet space. 6. Dining room chairs need replacing. They have duct tape on them and because of this, awful, cheap slipcovers you don't want to sit on. 7. Although kitchen has every possible utensil, dish etc. you could possibly need (which is great), the cabinets and appliances are very dark and look to be at least 30 years old. We would definitely come back to this community but for the price we paid we would want a more updated unit.

Hello Joette, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I'm so sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your vacation home. There are some points you made that I was surprised to hear. This is a pet friendly home, but we had actually just had a professional upholstery cleaner come in before your stay and the linens have been recently replaced. There are extra bins of linens just in case those items are needed. The kitchen was also remodeled just a few years ago, but I can understand that some have different tastes than others when it comes to the design and colors used in a home. We do have seat covers on the dining chairs, but the tape you mention is to keep them in place. We will certainly take another look at those to make sure they won't cause a problem for another guest. We do wish you had let us know about the BBQ or any of your other notes during your stay, as we would have been more than happy to send someone out for repair or for additional cleaning to make you more comfortable. Despite these inconveniences, we're very glad to hear that you noticed how well stocked this home is and the fantastic location. We know the homeowner takes very special care to inventory her home and do what she can to insure it is comfortable for her guests. We hope you will be able to visit us here in the desert again soon and we'd love the opportunity to show you an even better experience the next time. Nice but warm

The property is in great condition however the a/c could not get the living area colder than 75-80 degrees. The Wi-Fi was also out for our stay which made working remotely impossible. The property manager was very helpful in trying to remedy however nothing could be done about the a/c and the Wi-Fi required a repairman to come out.

Interior pictures make it look larger than it is.

Mirrored wall makes the living room look twice as large as it really is. There is a faint smell of a wet dog. Single level made the place very quiet except for gardeners mowing at 6:00am.
