House was dated, screen door to porch broken, BBQ was a challenge, not propane, kitchen supplies were dated, beds were comfy, location was nice and convenient to all we needed, overall enjoyed our stay and would consider it again
The house was in a perfect location and in a very nice neighborhood. The amenities were great and met my needs. There was an issue with the AC, but the property manager responded immediately, the same day.
Cottage was great. My family stayed there for four months after a house fire. The property manager was attentive and responsive. The check in process was simple and easy.
want to give a huge shout-out to everyone at Grand Welcome Kennesaw Cottage for making our stay such a wonderful experience! Communication was great and from the very beginning to the very end, everything was absolutely amazing. The cottage was beautiful, clean, well-maintained, and so welcoming. My guests were very impressed, and thanks to your hospitality, my son’s birthday celebration was a huge success. Everything went smoothly, and we were able to create memories that we’ll cherish forever.Thank you for allowing us to stay and enjoy such a lovely space. We truly felt at home and honestly wish we could have stayed longer! We appreciate all the care and effort that went into making our visit so special.Thank you again for everything!!! ” Highly recommend!
The home was newly updated and exceptionally clean. The property manager went over and beyond to accomadate us a day early due to a snow/ice storm coming in on check-in day. I will admit, I was a bit turned off at first at the thought of a property management company, as it seemed a bit unpersonable (we were used to home owner encounters with previous rentals), but the communication was excellent and the property manager himself reached out to us. We were thrilled with our stay and would stay here again when visiting the area.
The property is advertised as a “ quiet retreat”, however it is located right on a very busy road. Constant flow of traffic during day and all through the night. There was a lot of road noise heard in both bedrooms, making it difficult to sleep. Master bed was very firm and not comfortable at all to us. We had to sleep in the second bedroom. Communication from the management company was good and they were very responsive in bringing by a toaster, as there was not one in the home.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
The host was excellent and responsive. However the listing said 2 showers, and there was one only and a soaking tub. It was a bunch of little things. The closet doors were off the hinges. Fixtures in the bathrooms were falling off (towel hook). Lighting in rooms was dim. Only one of two bedrooms had ceiling fan, and the room without get very warm. The outdoor porch screen was ripped as well. Re: location. It’s in a main road and it can be very loud, even throughout the night. Sometimes this caused sleep disruptions. All that aside. The house was clean. The host was responsive. It was code enough to drive to restaurants, supermarket, cvs, and gym
Communication was great, the property was everything as described and very close to everything we needed. We will look to stay here again when we’re back in town.
