Conveniently located two blocks west of Hwy 101. Private and fully fenced 1/2 acre yard. Lots of free parking. Comfy beds with nice linens. Fully stocked kitchen with coffee, tea, and spices. Laundry on site. Dedicated office space and reliable Wi-Fi. Sauna and cold plunge to relax in. Pet and Kid friendly. Large TV and board games as well as craft supplies.
We accept same day and late bookings.
The ocean is 45 minutes west. And the property is centrally located to much of Mendocino and Humboldt Counties.

Cozy and comfortable and spacious

Was amazing super friendly host. Host was negotiable and worked with us and a friendly matter was super attentive and amazing on meeting all our needs also love the ducks and chickens in the yard so cute great for a family to stay in

Warm and cozy

Petra was very responsive to me during my drive down from Oregon. Corralling 2 elder kitties and a 15 yr old mini Doxy took more time than I anticipated. We are moving to Central Valley so all had to come. They settled in and made it easier for me to settle in. Everything was just as shown. Enjoyed our stay!

Being in nature is my happy place. I live on 3/4 acres of fully fenced grassy land. I have two dogs and three cats. I’d say my place is more of a relaxed hostel than a 5* STR. It’s clean but not perfect. It’s very minimal yet functional. A solid supply of baking and cooking supplies as well as bath supplies. Laundry. A nice office/art space. My sauna is awesome.

Why they chose this property

You can walk all over town from my home, but it is also very private because there is a forest in front of it. My neighbors are really nice. The guy in the back repairs Subarus and sells Air streams if you are wondering. He also has a used everything shop where I get furniture I restore.

What makes this property unique

My home is a super normal user-friendly home. Complete bathroom and kitchen. My property is green all year round. It is in wetland and grandfathered in. There is a well under my home that is hydrologically connected to Tahoe and another spring on my property. It is in the middle of Mendocino and Humbolt Counties which makes it great for exploring.
