Adorable, clean, updated 1 bedroom condo with Ocean view and pool, 1 block from the beach. New Kitchen, Pergo floors through out! This condo is located on the second floor with a view of the ocean overlooking the pool! Enjoy your coffee amidst the sunrise over the ocean. No need to pack a lunch, you're close enough to come back for a bite to eat and take a dip in the pool! Close to the famous Wildwood Boardwalk, but not too close. Trolley service to and from the boardwalk. Two New Gas Grills with outside dining area and Laundry facilities. Too much sun? no problem, head to historic Cape May, the Zoo, Stone Harbor or Avalon for great dining and fabulous shopping. Rentals during peak season (July and Aug) are Sat to Sat. 25 and older please.
Payment is accepted in US dollars by check or money order only. Return check fee is 35.00.

Wonderful condo!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect; very clean. The condo is one block from the beach and about a mile from the boardwalk. The condo has a nice pool for the kids to play in. Communication was easy and all instructions were clear. I highly recommend the condo!

Great stay!!

Came across this unit on VRBO and so glad we did. Working with Mary Jo was a breeze! She was very responsive and sweet. She truly cared about our experience at her condo. The unit was very clean and well-kept, as advertised. It is situated a block away from the beach and in a great location in the Crest. Even has a pool with a shallow section for the kids. So glad we selected it for our family vacation. Can't wait to return. Highly recommend!!

Close to Beach and Great Neighborhood

I have stayed in this unit for two years and it is always clean and has just what you need for a great week at the beach. Great communication from the owner is a plus and the manager on duty is wonderful at her job! This unit is a block from the sand and you even have a view of the ocean from your breakfast table. The pool is inviting and a plus when you want a bit of time away from the sand. I feel safe in this location whether alone or with friends and family. It is within walking distance of Sunset Lake, the Wildlife Area near the tip of the Crest and Centennial Park for free music at Fern Ave. Can't wait to return next year!

Great Location, Quiet and Lovely Pool.

My 3 besties and I get away for a girls beach week once a year. Our old place was no longer renting so the search was on. This was a pleasant surprise. Even though it is a little small we had a blast. It's clean and bright. There are two burners to cook on which we were able to get very creative and come up with some good eats. It was also very easy to jump in the car and get to a restaurant in just a few minutes. The well maintained pool (sparkling clean) option was new for us too, and we really used it. Our host was very helpful and the check-in process was smooth. The neighbors are very nice too!

Nice Condo

Condo was nice and clean. A keurig or pod coffee maker might be a good investment for the future. Mary Jo was in contact with us prior to check in and was in contact in case we needed anything which was nice. Great location in the Crest.

Well tucked nearby the beach gem

The owner was a sweetheart to deal with, she provided step by step info on the place, location of other attractions around and food places. The beach is a short walk too. The ocean can be seen from the living room. This was our first time at Jersey shore, usually we go out of state. The other owners in the complex were nice as well. If you take a kid or kids, be prepared to share the room which is already noted. My only dislikes which is the HOA fault, is the pool hours which other owners dislike 11AM-7PM, so if you spend all the on the beach and come back at 6 the pool time is limited. The lack of a quarter exchange machine for laundry, but those are separate from the unit and other owners have the same issue, if you plan to do laundry bring quarters, even the local banks had a shortage. If we do go back to Wildwood Crest, I will definitely stay in this gem. Thank Ms. Mary for letting us stay :)

Vacation 2019

My family and I stayed here July20-27th 2019 We had a great vacation, place was clean and exactly like the pictures, close to the beach and boardwalk was only a trolly ride away The neighbors were wonderful also would definitely recommend We are already making plans to stay there next yr

Great stay!

Beautiful condo in a great location! Beach is two blocks away. Loved having the stovetop to cook with along with other kitchen tools to use. Great part of town. Wildwood trolley will stop on your corner if you flag them down and for $3.50 they’ll take you to the boardwalk. Easy access to main roads if you need to food shop. Mary Jo is so helpful and kind! Thanks for a great vacation!

Wonderful place to stay in Wildwoods !

My husband, my 2 children and I spent a week (Aug 5th-Aug 12th 2017) at this condo and we really loved it ! It was clean, close to the beach, quiet, with everything you need (BBQ and tables, outside shower when you come back from the beach, pool, washer & dryer, clothesline). We could see the beach from the window! Excellent communication with the lovely owner. We would come back any time !

Lovely stay at comfortable, relaxing condo

The owner of this condo is a wonderful host. She sends you a check list, so you know what you need for the condo, to get in and to contact her or the condo management. Overall, the accommodations were very nice, very clean and well kept. We loved the poolside location and view of the ocean. The location in Wildwood Crest is great--close to things, but still quiet. And we loved the short walk to the beach. This allowed us to come back to the condo for lunch. The condo complex was very clean and comfortable--the pool, the outside tables and lounging area. We appreciated the outside lines for our wet suits and towels. The plates, cups and silverware were plenty, as was the cookware. If you have a favorite knife, bring it, like I did, for cooking. Be sure to note that, while there is a cook-top with 2 burners, there is NO oven. However, there are 2 very nice grills outside for people in the complex to use. Bring a grilling pan, if you want to cook some vegetables there. The two beds in the bedroom are full-size, not queen, which the owner clarifies before your stay. The owner also realizes that she needs to buy new mattresses, and hopes to do so in the future. Still, they were adequate. The complex has 2 bike racks, but its a very tight fit. Sometimes we had to find innovative ways to lock our bikes. Overall, we really had an enjoyable stay and hope to return.

Perfect Vacation

My fiancée and I had a terrific week with our two little girls. The condo was clean, the beach was a stones throw away, and the pool ended up being a huge plus for our girls. The property manager was a sweetheart and helpful. She also kept the grounds immaculate. Would recommend to anyone. Eddie & Nicole

We loved it!!

This was our first visit to Wildwood and we loved it! The apartment was exactly as described - clean, cozy, close to the beach and with a pool right outside the door! Quiet but convenient to everything you need. We even found a Pittsburgh Steeler bar to watch the game and bond with other Steeler fans! Would recommend this rental to anyone without a doubt. One more thins, Mary Jo is wonderful to work with and obviously really cares about this property.

Are you are looking for a friendly place to spend your vacation? This unit is it. I stay here every summer. It is 300 steps to the beach. Yes we counted them! It is afordable,clean,safe and the property owner is very accommodating.The unit has enough space, so you are not all on top of each other. The area is quiet, but close to all the attractions. You can even take the trolly to the boardwalk right in front of the unit.How convenient is that? There are great places to eat. My favorite is the Crest Tavern. Close enough to walk off that chicken cheese steak sandwich!! I can't wait to go again next summer.
