I loved my stay at the Capitol Hill guesthouse and will def stay here again. The location was what I was looking for, the neighborhood was charming and the accommodations were superb. Very private, safe annd secure, and could come and go as suited my needs.

My family enjoyed our stay! It was very clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated. The bed was really comfortable (the sleep number mattress was so nice) and the convertible couch was perfect for our young son. The owner thought of every detail. We especially enjoyed the nespresso coffee maker which is far better than the usual makers you find. Most of all, we felt very safe. We walked everyday to the subway, which is only 1/2 mile walk, and most days we got back after dark. The neighborhood is wonderful with nearby restaurants and grocery store.We would 100% book again with no hesitation! Thanks for the wonderful stay!

So fancy. Perfect spot to walk to RFK. Lots of restaurants and bodegas in walking distance. Sooooo clean great air conditioning for a very hot weekend. They had everything to feel at home. I will come again for sure!! Great communication! Super quick when my door code didn't work on arrival. Upstairs noise super minimal! Didnt wake me up. Felt very impressed by every detail! From outlets to lighting and the couch turns into a bed and so comfy. Beds a temperpedic and now i need one thank you so much for everything!
