We designed this suburban retreat to be everything you need to escape the hassle of your extended stay here in beautiful north Atlanta (for a month or longer). Whether you are on a long business trip, internship, house-hunting, etc., this is a charming and convenient location for staying the northern part of Atlanta.
About the apartment:

Freshly updated with granite and high-end stainless appliances (incl. washer/dryer). Open-concept den and kitchen have eight sunny windows, king-sized bedroom has four windows.

Nestled discreetly on the terrace level (8.5' ceilings) of a large home in the quiet suburbs of northern Atlanta: comfortable den, king-sized pillow-top bed, private tree-draped carport/patio, spa-like travertine master bath and also has a half bath, six closets, private entrance, separate HVAC controls, 55" flat-screen hi-def TV with 100+ channels, and travertine flooring throughout

new HVAC with ultra-violet light (to kill viruses) and charcoal-activated filter... all ducts are cleaned annually

About the surrounding area and what it has to offer: Shopping/dining in historic Roswell (6 miles away)… antiques, funky and eclectic boutiques, art galleries, street musicians... bike/walk/jog trails are at the end of the street and go for miles in each direction. Running/walking/biking/fishing at the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Center... kayaking/canoeing/rowing on the Chattahoochee River, rentals are 4 miles away... Starbucks (4 within 2 miles)...Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Sprouts

Stephen was a delight... he stayed at our cottage apartment for about two months while interning here in Atlanta... easiest quietest traveler we could have imagined. And, he left the apartment very clean... always a wonderful thing... he is welcome back anytime.

Excellent, Lovely Property

Dawn ]has been an excellent host. She made sure that the apartment was thoroughly cleaned before we moved in. The apartment was well furnished and nicely decorated. Everything we needed was here. We were staying here due to its proximity to Norhside Hospital Atlanta.

Everything you could want!

A lot of upgrades were obvious in this property. Plenty of space, great access to historic Roswell and parks, while still quiet and easy to work in. Dawn was a pleasure to work with and went to the extreme in trying to take care of anything I needed (with a smile). Awesome place!

All the comforts of home!!

We could not have chosen a more perfect place to stay. This is a home away from home which was a pleasure to come back to nightly rather than a cold hotel room. From the comfortable furnishings, bed and linens, to a fully loaded kitchen and a few surprises when you check in just to keep you smiling, this apartment greatly exceeded all of our expectations. I would never stay anywhere else. PLUS, the central location to shopping and all the walking paths along the river was a bonus not to mention our outdoor patio space to enjoy BBQ'ing this Spring. you can't go wrong here. !!

Perfect rental

Wonderful, high end appliances and furniture, comfortable king size bed with top quality sheets. The unit was even better then described. Easy parking, too. So glad we found this rental.

Tony is a delight... as are his wife and daughter...I met the entire family even though his daughter was staying in our home while doing an internship.. I would welcome all of them back any time... they are all easy to get along with and love to laugh... what more could you want...

Clean, cozy and comfortable!

Beautiful place inside and out! Dawn was great to work with and took care of everything that I needed. The location was perfect with access to shopping, walking and water activities. Spacious rooms and beautiful decor surround you during your stay. It felt like home. I would rent this location every time I come back to Atlanta!

Excellent Stay

As a traveling Radiologic Technologist I have the great privilege of exploring and staying at many places around the country. I have been in some nice and not so nice places before. I must say, hands down this is one of the best if not the best experience I've had. Dawn is completely wonderful and the apartment was wonderful just the same. I had everything I needed and if I needed anything I knew Dawn was only a call away and she was extremely helpful. This is a nice, quiet neighborhood that is close and convenient to everything. I have already recommended this place to many of my friends, family, and co-workers. The next time I am in the Atlanta area for work or play, I definitely plan to return.

One of the best places I've stayed

This is truly one of the best places that I have stayed. The home was set up so nicely and so private. Everything I needed was there for me and if any issues came up Dawn responded right away. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Peaceful Retreat

This is our second stay with Dawn and will not be our last. Dawn is a wonderful host and readily available when needed. Our first stay was in the ‘English Cottage’ and the second in the ‘Tree House’. Both units are comfortable and beautifully decorated with a wonderful attention to detail including luxurious linens. Located in a quiet neighborhood in East Cobb it is convenient to restaurants, and shopping areas. We look forward to staying with Dawn whenever we travel to the Atlanta area.....Highly recommend.

Great nights sleep

This apartment was a gem. Very comfortable, very private. The king bed has an awesome matress we slept better there than our own bed! We will stay here again on our next trip to Roswell!

The English Cottage

The English Cottage is wonderful. The Cottage was just what the pictures showed and even more. The Cottage is seclude so that you feel one is far enough away you are in an oasis, yet close to the main road you could reach any destination you wanted. The owners are wonderful people and very helpful should we require anything. Highly recommend the English Cottage.

Private, comfortable, convenient retreat

I was delighted to come across this lovely home-away-from home in the quiet town of Roswell. No amenity was lacking in the pretty apartment, especially the kitchen. It was beautifully and creatively furnished, the king bed was very comfortable and the owners were friendly and accommodating. I cannot say enough nice things about this pretty place! My summary is reserve this spot and then rest secure knowing you will be delighted also.

Better than a 5 star hotel

Being a veteran traveller, I can say that I've stayed from The Best Western to The Ritz and my stay here was most enjoyable. The apartment had been decorated beautifully, the space is perfect, and the area feels like you are at a woody resort. On top of all that, Dawn (the owner) is most hospitable & helpful. You will feel as comfortable, if not more, than home. Next time I come I would like to bring my husband for a romantic getaway. 5/5 stars without a doubt!

CARRIAGE HOUSE

We had a great experience. We spent 40 days in the most comfortable, cozy house that make us feel home. Everything was in place and worked perfect, equiped with all what we need and much more. Great location and excellent maintenance, supervise by the owner ready anytime to help any guest requirement.

Pleasurable Stay

I stayed at this rental for six weeks. The home was very clean and accommodating, having all things needed for this long a period of time. The home is also furnished very well both functionally and aesthetically. The owner was very accessible and even looked to assist in meeting some of my special needs. It more than met my expections and I have scheduled a return visit for the end of the year.

Additionally, I am a multi-million dollar REALTOR who works in the North Atlanta and Cobb County area,.,. on multiple occasions, it has been ultra-convenient for our guests who are moving here to also let me help them find their perfect metro-area residence!

This is the home where I raised my kids and it has lots of memories for us all. It has been completely remodeled and expanded... adding lots of windows and skylights, vaulting ceilings and so much more. It's truly charming and unique.

There are so many things to do in Atlanta and especially on the north side of town. This home is nestled on a quiet street. This apartment, in particular, is packed with intimate quaintness and unexpected nooks and crannies. All of it is laced with beautifully filtered light from many oak trees that populate the back and side yard. It is so much better than a hotel...
