Note: Calypso HOA charges a $60 per vehicle parking pass fee, obtained online in advance. You will be sent a link to register your vehicles. Parking is as convenient as it gets in a large secure gated and lighted parking garage across the street

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED MORE THAN 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just got back from a family vacation and had the best time! The condo was perfect! Walking in, I immediately saw how clean it was and was well stocked with supplies for a week at the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals in the condo. The beds were comfortable. The pools and tiki hut were amazing, overlooking the ocean. Also Pier Park is a short walk away, no need to drive! We absolutely loved our stay! Thank you!

The kitchen had everything you needed. The balcony furniture was very nice. The condo needs an update. Curtains were falling apart, sofa needs replacement. Comfortable bed but after removing the pillow case it almost made me sick. I had to go buy pillows. The sink wouldn't drain so we pulled the plug drain out and it was very nasty. Great location and with a few adjustments we had a great time.

Relaxing Getaway

We had been terribly busy of late and just needed to get away and relax. This was the perfect place. Beautiful room, beautiful beach and beautiful weather. Couldn’t ask for a more relaxing atmosphere.

Weather and Beach was Beautiful. The condo was nice. The comforter was not clean and Air Cond we had a problem and you couldn’t adjust the temperature. It was set at 70 and could not change it, and the unit was to warm for our comfort.

Amenities? The condo was bare minimum. Absolutely no coffee, tea or even the simplest condiments. The cookware and cooking utensils particularly knives were heavily used and seemingly old. The kitchen outlets did not work and we never received any response to a request for help or guidance. The refrigerator water filter had expired and the water had a concerning taste? No water pressure the morning of departure.

Great location near Pier Park. Great unit, but wish it came with beach chair access. Well stocked, but toaster did not work. They quickly replaced it with a new one still in the box and it did not work either. Closet door was off the hinges ... said they would notify maintenance, but they never came. It wasn't a big deal as we did not need to store anything in the closet.

The condo was clean and the perfect size for just 3 of us. We love these towers because they are easy to park in the shaded parking garage and walk on their air conditioned pedestrian bridge over to the towers. The beach is right out the first floor and there is a bar for drinks and two huge swimming pools. The price is great for the location right next to pier park. This condo doesn’t come with two beach chairs and umbrella, but you can rent them for 60/day OR walk across the street to Alvin’s Island store and buy 2 chairs and an umbrella to use for your entire stay for about 120 total. This is what we did. Then you have access to chairs and an umbrella, even if it has a rain shower during the afternoon. The chair guys like to take the umbrellas and chairs away if the rain storms come in even if they’re only lasting for a few minutes. We had a great week in Panama City Beach, relaxing, laying on the beach and doing some deep-sea fishing at Captain Anderson’s while we were there. Excellent vacation!

Beautiful condo with a few niceties to be added.

The condo is CLEAN and comfortable. The things that would make it perfect would be, coffee pods, creamer, sugar, one extra roll of toilet tissue in each bathroom. Mid toilet use is not the time to realize there’s not even one extra roll. A replacement bottle of the tiny shampoo. Provide conditioner as there isn’t any. Also, a couple extra of the tiny body washes. A few spices would be nice. A tea pitcher. The couch is a little saggy on the middle, but it wasn’t a problem. One recliner would be nice. This condo is very nice and would be great for one couple with two children (bunk beds) who are willing to make a few purchases ahead of time or use the shop downstairs that does have some of these items at a mark-up. I would stay again, but I’d bring a few more niceties from home. Parking is 60 per car for the duration of your stay.

Wonderful and clean. Had some black mold above one of the showers though. Loved how much stuff was available for use if needed. The rug in the living room could definitely be cleaned or replaced. Make sure if you’re staying more than a few nights that you have toilet paper, laundry soap and trash bags. Loved the view!

Love the location! Perfect for walking places. Everything was clean except the floors were a little dirty, but we swept them. Great view. Pools are basic, but you have the best view from the pool to the ocean. There is no fence blocking your view. We would stay again.
