Relaxing Getaway

We had been terribly busy of late and just needed to get away and relax. This was the perfect place. Beautiful room, beautiful beach and beautiful weather. Couldn’t ask for a more relaxing atmosphere.

Weather and Beach was Beautiful. The condo was nice. The comforter was not clean and Air Cond we had a problem and you couldn’t adjust the temperature. It was set at 70 and could not change it, and the unit was to warm for our comfort.

Amenities? The condo was bare minimum. Absolutely no coffee, tea or even the simplest condiments. The cookware and cooking utensils particularly knives were heavily used and seemingly old. The kitchen outlets did not work and we never received any response to a request for help or guidance. The refrigerator water filter had expired and the water had a concerning taste? No water pressure the morning of departure.

The condo was clean and the perfect size for just 3 of us. We love these towers because they are easy to park in the shaded parking garage and walk on their air conditioned pedestrian bridge over to the towers. The beach is right out the first floor and there is a bar for drinks and two huge swimming pools. The price is great for the location right next to pier park. This condo doesn’t come with two beach chairs and umbrella, but you can rent them for 60/day OR walk across the street to Alvin’s Island store and buy 2 chairs and an umbrella to use for your entire stay for about 120 total. This is what we did. Then you have access to chairs and an umbrella, even if it has a rain shower during the afternoon. The chair guys like to take the umbrellas and chairs away if the rain storms come in even if they’re only lasting for a few minutes. We had a great week in Panama City Beach, relaxing, laying on the beach and doing some deep-sea fishing at Captain Anderson’s while we were there. Excellent vacation!

Seabreeze Jazz Getaway

Great location near Pier Park. Great unit, but wish it came with beach chair access. Well stocked, but toaster did not work. They quickly replaced it with a new one still in the box and it did not work either. Closet door was off the hinges ... said they would notify maintenance, but they never came. It wasn't a big deal as we did not need to store anything in the closet.

Beautiful condo with a few niceties to be added.

The condo is CLEAN and comfortable. The things that would make it perfect would be, coffee pods, creamer, sugar, one extra roll of toilet tissue in each bathroom. Mid toilet use is not the time to realize there’s not even one extra roll. A replacement bottle of the tiny shampoo. Provide conditioner as there isn’t any. Also, a couple extra of the tiny body washes. A few spices would be nice. A tea pitcher. The couch is a little saggy on the middle, but it wasn’t a problem. One recliner would be nice. This condo is very nice and would be great for one couple with two children (bunk beds) who are willing to make a few purchases ahead of time or use the shop downstairs that does have some of these items at a mark-up. I would stay again, but I’d bring a few more niceties from home. Parking is 60 per car for the duration of your stay.
