This level also includes a full-service laundry room and a recreation room.Level two is the heart of the home, where the Great Room boasts a soaring coffered ceiling, arched sunlit windows, and a sophisticated two-sided stone gas fireplace. A stunning full-service bar, equipped with a kegerator, expansive wine refrigerator, sink, ice maker, dishwasher, complements this space. The huge gourmet kitchen outfitted with a 48-inch Wolf range with dual ovens and Subzero refrigerator. Plenty of room and provides ample dining space. A game room featuring a foosball table and Golden Tee arcade game adds to the entertainment.On level three, the serene Main Bedroom offers a vaulted beamed ceiling and en-suite bathroom. The pool will be open through the end of September. The elevator is not included and will not be available for use, please do not ask.
