Pet Friendly! This home features two spacious living areas, open kitchen with oversized island, dining table that seats 8, and TVs in every bedroom and both living areas. There is a large paved courtyard out back which is perfect for dining outside, sunbathing, and family barbecuing. In addition to the three bedrooms, there is a third-floor loft area with a single bed and access to the rear facing deck. This property does accept pets with an additional pet fee.
