The home features updated furnishings, well-equipped kitchen, five large bedrooms, two brand new (2020) decks with bay views, abundant storage including a half-garage for beach equipment and bicycles, and a large, fenced yard with gas grill. 1st floor: large foyer, two bedrooms (with 2 and 3 single beds; one with TV) and a full bath. 2nd floor: great room kitchen, dining, living areas (fold out sofa), powder room, deck, master bedroom with private en suite bath; 3rd floor: master bedroom with TV and deck, luxury bath/shower, washer/dryer, and bonus room with large TV that doubles as an extra family room or bedroom. Property has 2 off-street parking spaces.

Perfect Avalon Stay

Immaculate, beautifully decorated, well-maintained home. Perfect for two families. Chris was very responsive to all of our questions and needs. Highly recommend this home.
