The condo is right next to the Rail Trail which is a great cross country ski trail and biking/ hiking path. Local amenities included The Silver Mountain Athletic Club(It is not included in the rental fee. It has yoga, spinning, indoor pool, racquetball, full Gym, and Day Spa) which is a two minute walk from the complex at prospector square. The plaza down the street has Bagel and Coffee Shop , a Sushi Bar and several fine dining/casual Restaurants. The Movie Theatre, and the Grocery Store are around the corner.

Comfortable & cozy in the middle of it all!!!

Very convenient & complete place with everything we needed! Only set back was that, we were really looking forward to using the jacuzzi & it wasn’t working.

The condo is excellent! Very clean and had everything you need. The location is superb; bus stop is right outside and the basement parking is a huge plus!! We would definitely stay here again!

Good location, ignore hot tub advertisement

Reserved this condo for a ski trip, and the location was great for Park City and Deer Valley; also went snowmobiling in Wasatch about 25 mins away. Upon arrival, however, our hearts broke a little when we realized that the hot tub was out of commission. Compounding our broken hearts was the added insult of not being told about this, despite telling the owner that we were greatly looking forward to the hot tub upon placing the reservation. It was nice having a washer, but the drier is on its very last legs - it's loud, and the drier air fills the condo because the ventilation is not up to par. Laundry night led to sleeping through a 90 degree condo. Condo is also in desperate need of a new door handle and locking mechanism. Scott was very nice to come replace the batteries one night, but that thing is toast (way beyond needing batteries). Re-entering the condo was always accompanied by a little luck. Wood burning fire and supply of wood was great!

In summary - remove "luxury" from title, remove any mention of the hot tub (that thing doesn't look like it's worked for years, and needs about a year worth of work before even coming close to operational), replace drier, and replace door handle/lock. Boast location and wood burning fire, and the listing becomes honest. Average accommodations in the opinion of three easy to please guests.

Great spaces, close to everything we needed.

We stayed with our 3 kids and had plenty of room for more. The condo was spacious and comfortable, and had absolutely everything we needed. Five minute drive to the slopes, and we loved that we did not have to pay for parking. Three minute drive to Main Street with great restaurants - make sure you make reservations because they are busy!
