Strasbourg -Saint-Denis vacation rentals

I got in much later than expected (around midnight) due to cancellations and Catherine was available to communicate! She has been so responsive throughout (only convos were about arriving and departing).The place is perfect--shower water is hot! Close the shades at night if you don't want to wake up at dawn because the morning sun is epic.The location is amazing. I had been leaving the building heading one way and decided another day to head the other and both ways bring you to magic.

Great location, had a wonderful stay!

I enjoyed working with the "Sweett" team. The studio was very nice, pretty and pleasant. It had everything you needed and even more, the quality of cosmetics was very pleased. The bed is very comfortable, the dishes are new. The location is very convenient, we rarely used transport, although the metro is close. But it came as a surprise to us that it could be so dirty in central Paris, and that there were many homeless people near the house. At first we got scared, then we saw that they were not aggressive, but we still need to be attentive. From the minuses in the studio - you can hear what happens in the corridor and if it is loud outside, then you can hear it too. The floor creaks a little, the nozzle in the shower is a little broken (water flows, but unevenly). The boiler is leaking a little or condensation is going, I don't know, but I think you need to change the gaskets. For its cost, a great option! I will continue to use the services of this company, advise friends and, perhaps, I will return to this studio.

The apartment is as described and shown in the pictures. Felix and Virginia are gracious, responsive hosts. Virginia met us upon check-in and even brought us a bottle of wine. She explained how to open the doors and left many eating suggestions. They even arranged a ride for our group from the apartment to the airport when we left and offered to do the same upon our arrival. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Lots of seating space for our group of five. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms provided everyone their own space. The large dining room table allowed us to enjoy meals together. My only caveat is that there is a strong smell of paint in the apartment. Having a washer and dryer in the apartment was a bonus as was having air conditioning. The neighborhood is very diverse, but we enjoyed that. Lots of great eating places nearby, and Alexine's bakery across the street was excellent--a must try! The Metro was very close, so it made getting around Paris very easy. Other nearby conveniences included pharmacies, mini-marts, and fruit markets. Be aware that there is one circular flight of stairs to climb to get to the apartment, but there is handrail. On our trip, we stayed at three different locations in England and France, and this was the best. Would go back again!

My 17 year-old twin daughters and I stayed here for a week to celebrate all of our birthdays. The Cottage was absolutely perfect. We felt as though we were living like true Parisians…walking to the bakery and market each day. The neighborhood was wonderful! Just far enough away from the “tourist” areas to provide a wonderful respite after busy days of sightseeing but close enough to walk to almost everything we wanted to see and do. The listing was exactly as described. Chris’ detailed notes and recommendations made our stay a breeze and we were able to relax and settle in immediately! Each time we walked into our courtyard we felt like we were entering a magical movie set! I can’t stress enough how amazing this listing is! Every little detail you didn’t know you needed was taken care of. I can’t wait to return!! Thank you 😊

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Our host Jean-Phillippe was very accommodating, especially when we had a difficult using they entrance key - I think it’s an American thing. The studio was perfect. Very clean. Light, bright and a Fabulous view of the neighborhood. There was a narrow balcony outside that ran the length of the apartment and each evening we’d sit outside with cocktails in hand and watch the world go by. But the biggest plus of the apartment was it’s location. You can either walk or take the metro - the station was right outside the door- to anywhere in Paris.
