Damos la bienvenida que usted pueda escapar y relajarse en nuestra 2 BR (con altillo) adosado ubicado en Blue Heron en Boulder Lago; es en gran roca y sólo 1 minutos en coche de la estación de esquí de Jack Frost. Tenemos una casa acogedora y actualizada con un toque moderno. Es perfecto para familias y parejas. Tiene capacidad para 6 adultos y hasta 8 con niños cómodamente (sofá es un sofá de la reina). Se trata de una casa de lujo que acaba de ser remodelado con nuevo mobiliario, baños, suelos, electrodomésticos y encimeras.

Tenemos una envoltura completa alrededor de la cubierta con la cantidad perfecta de privacidad, tranquilas vistas y vistas a las estrellas en la noche. Nuestra cocina tiene todo lo necesario para una escapada de su máquina de café, todo moldes / láminas, máquina de hacer gofres, licuadora, tostadora, microondas e incluso una parrilla eléctrica. Tenemos 2 baños; uno con un doble lavabo y el otro con bañera de ducha y artículos de remojo. La casa está equipada con platos, vasos y la vajilla para 8 personas. Tenemos Wi-Fi, juegos de mesa y DVD / Blue Ray! Tenemos doble zona central Aire Acondicionado y Calefacción (raro en esta zona). También tenemos una lavadora, secadora, lavavajillas y agua del grifo filtrada para beber!

Usted puede hacer todo el snowboard, raquetas de nieve, esquí de fondo, tubos, senderismo, observación de aves, QUAD'ir, golf, tenis, paseos en bote, pesca, etc.

No inquilinos menores de 25 años. Esta es una casa libre de humo y de animales. Suministramos todas las sábanas. Si bien hay toallas para su uso, le pedimos que traiga sus propias toallas. Las toallas no deben ser retirados de la casa; traer toallas de playa.

Pedimos que todos los inquilinos envíen una copia de su licencia de conducir para su verificación. que se enviará el paquete del arrendatario con las normas y regulaciones, junto con su contrato de arrendamiento para su estancia. The property was lovely and it was just perfect for the three adults and my wonderful granddaughter. So close to the pool the lake and the restaurant. Wish we made our stay longer. Maybe next year. Thank you very much.

Perfect for weekend ski trip

We had an excellent stay. Close to skiing and local restaurants. The house was great, exactly as described. We are a family of 5, three teenagers. Beds were comfortable and house was clean. Communication with owner was fast and easy. We would stay again.

Weekend trip with the kids

Great place to stay while visiting Big Boulder Lake! The place was exceptionally CLEAN. I was very impressed. We have been to BBL and the lake club numerous times and this was by far our favorite rental. We added a long weekend trip to our summer getaways last minute and so happy we did. We wanted something close to the lake club where we could walk to the beach, pool and tavern. This unit is convenient to everything! It was also a great choice with a 2 and 4 year old. If one wanted to go back to the unit is was a quick walk back and forth. The unit has everything you need. It is also stocked with games for downtime. Thank you for a great stay! We will be returning!

Weekend getaways

Very well kept and up to date property with many amenities. Short walk or drive to many attractions and good dining. The homeowners were responsive for any and all questions and really seemed to care about our family enjoying our experience. Thank you Mr & Mrs Land awesome see you again soon.

Great winter weekend

A very nice, recently renovated unit on this property. Excellent stay, very comfortable, and our children really liked it! The owners were fantastic and very responsive to our last minute requests. After the MLK storm they were quite accommodating to let us stay an extra few hours while the roads got cleared.

Located on Bolder Lake, the home is perfect for a couple with 4 children! Communication with the homeowners q I wish I would have known that the pool/beach was extra (one hundred twenty for the week)

Easy lake getaway

The spot was convenient to a cute lake resort and the greater Lake Harmony area. The condo itself is comfortable and well-maintained and we made use of the stocked kitchen, a grill, and nice living area. Two bedrooms can sleep four total and one friend stayed on the smaller loft bed upstairs and said it was comfortable. Check-in was easy when we found the place (use the actual address for Google Maps- not the one provided "for GPS, in case" in the check-in instructions) and it's a very short walk to the lake resort to use amenities. We paid the guest fees but many activities require additional fees (tennis, kayaking, etc.) so be prepared to spend an additional $10-60 depending on what you'd like to use. Overall it was a wonderful getaway from the city and we recommend the property to anyone looking for a simple Poconos escape! Thanks!

Great place to stay for a family vacation!

We had a great stay during the summer at this house at Big Boulder Lake. The house was clean and well-maintained, and the owners were very responsive and communicative. We had a few questions prior to our trip, and both times the owners responded immediately and were very helpful to answer our questions. The house had everything we needed and made for a very comfortable and relaxing stay for our family of four. One of the best things about this house is the location--it is a townhouse but has woods behind it so feels very private, yet its just a two minute walk to the Boulder Lake Club with a pool, beach, and lake, along with an adjacent restaurant and bar. My kids had a great time in the lake and the pool, and all in all it made for a wonderful, enjoyable, and relaxing vacation. We would definitely stay here again on a future vacation!

This place was amazing. It was perfect for my family and my young child. Clean and well maintained. Very close to the lake area and lots of things to do. Moved my car once since arriving, which is my type of vacation.

Always Amazing

This is such a great property - both the town home and the resort. We spent mornings on the patio, afternoons at the beach and pool and then evenings just barbecuing and relaxing. Our last morning two young deer where in the backyard and came almost right up to the back deck! It couldn't have been more beautiful if it had been planned.

Impressed by the layout , upkeep, and cleaniness

The home is perfectly appointed with all that you need, feels cozy like a home not like a rental home. It's super clean and the owners work hard to keep it feeling like your home away from home, it seems. Also, their tenant packet included everything even a suggested packing list...it was perfect! It's great that the linens are included and we didn't have to think about bringing any of that. Love all of the stuff in the kitchen to cook and play hostess. And the board game closet is too fun. House is close to the lake, it's also about a 10 minute walk to Big Boulder which is nice - get a cup of hot cocoa and take a walk up the mountain. It's convenient!

Great Place, Great Location

The place was amazing for our girls trip! So cozy and had everything you could possibly need. The bathtub was amazing. Was within walking distance to the lake and the bar/restaurant for entertainment. Would definitely go back and stay again. Owner was so accommodating and responsive.

Your home away from home

I don't normally write reviews but this place was the exception. My buddies and i decided to go to the Poconos for a week end trip and found this place on line. From the moment we walked in it felt like home. The place was very clean and well kept. It felt like we were staying in someones house and not a rental. I was very pleased at our decision to stay here. will definitely come here again

Exceeded my expectations

I loved my girls weekend stay here. The Chalet is very cozy, clean, and well maintained. The layout is great and can comfortably fit 7 or 8 people but is also perfect for 4 people without feeling empty. I stayed in the upstairs master bedroom and slept like a baby. It’s walking distance to a restaurant which had live music and great drinks. We had a wonderful stay and I will be going back this summer with my family. Thank you so much to the Lands for making our stay easy and enjoyable!

Perfect Getaway!

We wanted an easy getaway from NYC and this place was perfect. Around a 2 hour drive and you are surrounded by the peace and serenity of the Poconos! The town home is beautiful - it's impeccably decorated and nicely updated, yet still super cozy. The place was spotless, the towels and linens were fresh and the cupboards were well stocked with dishes and cookware to use. There's even a whole cupboard of games! The only decision you have to make is whether you want to chill on the private back patio, looking into the forest and watching the deer and chipmunks run around, or if you want to be "ambitious" and take the three-minute walk to lounge on the beach or head to the restaurant/bar, where the service is lovely, the food is great and they have live music! Not to mention that it's all super kid-friendly. There's also a tennis court, outdoor ping pong tables, bocci ball, an outdoor pool - more than enough to keep the entire family busy. This is the perfect mix of solitude and ameneties. If you need to pick up groceries, there are stores nearby, but better just to stock up so you can spend the rest of your time relaxing. We just went for a long weekend, but I would love to come back for a week sometime. Swimming in the summer, skiing in the winter - you can't go wrong!

Great Experience

Thr listing was just as described. Everything was clean and well taken care of. We brought everything we needed but there were also basic household items if needed. I would definitely recommend his property to friends and I am sure we will visit again. It was an easy trip into town and to ski resort.

Nice place with plenty of room and ac!

The place was as advertised with all the things that we were looking for. Got lucky with this rental when our original place had to cancel for storm damage. Had everything that it said that it would. Was nice not to cook and eat on the deck instead of having to eat out every night. Had a couple minor things come up but were addressed very quickly and were very understanding. We traveled with our special needs child and he enjoyed the trip. The pool and beach were nice and a very short walk from the house. Only wish that the weather was better so that we could have used them more! Would definitely go back again.

Great townhome at a great location.

This a super clean and beautiful townhome located within a short walk or drive to the beach, pool, and restaurants. Perfect for a family or two couples. It is supper close to other restaurants and ski resorts (Big Boulder/ Jack Frost)

great place; the pictures and description were spot-on

the chalet was great; clean and neat; well-appointed. the only problem we had was using the tv to get basic stations; the instructions were not sufficiently clear. The 3rd-bedroom loft area was as advertised, but a little small for our3rd couple. The Boulder View Tavern on the premises was a pleasant surprise - good food and a fun entertainment.

House is good but experience is negative

Area and the house is nice. But it is a SELF SERVICE house, if you find it. Listed address doesn’t not exist. Management didn’t respond until move-out time next day. There are no propane tank at the grill. We spend 1 hour to get to the store and extra 60$ to buy propane to cook meat. There are no dishwasher capsules detergent, so we had to handwash all dishes. We had to make our own beds and after remove the lines. House rules are very strict.
