The villa boasts 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, open plan kitchen, living and dining room with access to the beautiful terrace, the garden and the pool.The entrance level comprises of 2 bedrooms en-suite, the modern fully fitted kitchen, living and dining room. The first floor comprises of 2 bedrooms sharing 1 bathroom and the master bedroom en-suite.
The 2. floor comprises of large TV room with access to a terrace. High quality furniture and decor.
The garden is fully private and invites to relax and unwind, without being overlooked. The pool as easy access and is also ideal for children. 1 open parking space inside the property, further parking spaces outside the property. Furthermore the community offers a community pool and a paddle court.
