a security deposit will be collected 3 days prior stay & returned within 7 days. Deposit for full Villa - $300 HOLD

The house and view were amazing, even better than the pictures.The house was clean and check in was easy. We had a great stay would love to stay there again. Communication with the host was great and we got many good recommendations for things to do and places to eat on the island.

Spectacular views!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful oceanfront property. The views are absolutely amazing and the house itself is gorgeous, clean, and very comfortable. You can hear the ocean from the house and the sunsets were unforgettable. Highly recommend this place and would love to come back again.

Tressa is a really great host and was easy to communicate with. The house itself is beautiful with a gorgeous sunset right from the patio!
The view says everything!
Walk downstairs for your private beac. Our guys tried fishing there for a couple of mornings ( need water shoes a bit rocky)

The view was spectacular! The property manager was helpful and responsive. The home had everything we needed. We spent a great deal of time on the large deck taking in the view and watching cruise ships go in and out of port. We had no issues with the driveway in our 4x4 jeep. We would definitely stay at this beautiful rental again!

Came to celebrate our daughter’s senior spring break and turned out to be one of our favorite vacations. The house was perfect. Super clean and well stocked with essentials. We were able to snorkel right off the waters edge. We loved the balcony (which is huge) so much we opted for many meals in and enjoyed watching all the boats and cruise ships. Loved that it was a 5 min walk to Longhorn restaurant/bar and mini market. Also thankful for the generator as we heard other people complaining of losing electricity for days on the island. My daughter’s favorite day water island. Ours was visiting St John. The others days we enjoyed checking out the beaches of St Thomas. This place is worth the price. Would definitely rent it again if we stay on St Thomas.

Frenchmans Breeze was such a gem! The home felt bright and airy, and everything was spotless when we arrived. What really stood out was the huge terrace—it gave us so much space to spread out and take in the gorgeous surroundings. The highlight for us was definitely the large terrace—spending time out there with those amazing views was just magical. What a view!

House is very nice, well located and provisioned for a week of relaxation. But the view? Outstanding! Pictures are accurate but do not do the view of the ocean justice. Lime Tree resort is close by, dining and sand beach. Red Hook (dining and ferry to St. John) and Charlotte Amalie (dining and shopping) are easily reached. We will be back!

Should be 4.5 Stars. The host, cleanliness, location and ease of communication was 5/5 stars. The house has everything you need and the sunsets are magical. Neighbors are friendly neighborhood quiet. Some concerns no curtains or blinds for privacy. Two men showed up on the grounds to clean the gardens without notice. The driveway is steep. I had a jeep wrangler. Better to use a smaller all wheel drive vehicle. But other than that. Fantastic.

Perfect Property

Everything was perfect. We loved the seclusion & privacy of this house. It’s a beautiful home with a perfect location and breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea. The balcony is huge with high end comfortable furnishings. The house was very clean and had 2 master bedroom & bath, 2 refrigerators, washer, dryer, beach chairs. We had some of our best snorkeling right down the steps on calm days.The property manager was very responsive to any of our questions. I don’t know if there’s a better place to stay on the island and we checked out the Ritz & Marriott I still preferred this home. The driveway is scary when backing out because it is very steep but I believe that’s every house on the island. You will get used to it.We will definitely be booking this house again.

Birthday Trip to Paradise

Wow- where to even begin with our stay at the Frenchman’s breeze. This property was perfection, I traveled with my husband and 12 year old son for his birthday. For starters we loved the layout, having a big wide open living room and kitchen area was so nice and inviting after coming back from a full day of being in the sun. Each bedroom had so much storage space and bathroom space so we never felt cramped. The deck is the star of the show, we loved watching cruise ships and yachts go by and hearing the waves gently hit the shore. As someone who has never been to the island before we had no idea which area was best to stay in but the location of this house is as good as it gets. We were able to get to downtown and Havensight mall area in 5 minutes and then in the other direction we could get to red hook in about 10-15 minutes. The drive way is steep like other reviews stay, but as long as you have something with 4 wheel drive it’s no big deal. I fear this house has spoiled us for ever staying anywhere else on the island and will be sure to book here on our next time visiting !
