Lakefront Cottage sleeps 3-4 people with an open studio-style living space, kitchen, bath, 1 king bed and twin bunk. Covered porch and deck with outdoor seating. Cozy and spacious!!
Grilling your favorite meals and sitting on the porch is all you need after a day filled with adventure on Greers Ferry Lake. Hike the many trails to the caves/waterfalls or just chill on the beach just steps away from the back porch. This is a vacation rental you won't forget.

The drive down to our private neighborhood is a gravel road, curvy and the switchback down the hill is very steep. Guest and their company must drive with caution and safety in mind. All renters are responsible and assume any and all risk of damages while on the private drive and on the surrounding property during their stay. Rental host, property owners and HOA will not be held responsible for any reason. This listing shares the driveway down to property, parking spaces and access stairs to the lake. There is plenty of parking available for all.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Leave bags in the kitchen. If you have more than 2 large trash bags, please take it with you. Additional fees will incur if excessive.
Return any furniture to the original placement and please leave charging cables in the bedrooms.
Check to confirm that the outdoor fire pit is completely extinguished, the gas valves are shut off to the grills and the Outdoor TV is covered.

We enjoy lake time with friends and family as much as possible. We have been traveling to Greers Ferry for more than 20 years and decided to share our experience by offering our home to guest throughout the year. Fall/Autumn is our absolute favorite time to enjoy the outdoors and lake activities.

Our secluded neighborhood is wooded and very private. Our home is lake front and a very unique spot on Greers Ferry Lake.
What makes this property unique
Our home has been built into the landscape. Located on the side of a mountain, this is treehouse living. Watch and listen to the many species of birds and other animals all while enjoying the convenience of lakefront access.
