Charming 6 Bed 5 Bath Home with South Facing Pool on a Corner Plot
Our charming home is in the upmarket development of The Dales at West Haven, a Gated Community situated close to Champions Gate that offers amenities for you and your guests including a small Club House , tennis courts and a Communal Pool at the adjacent Shire Resort
From the moment you arrive at West Haven driving through Palm Tree Lined Boulevards you get the feeling you’re staying somewhere special.
The home has a distinctive Open Plan living arrangement and is elegantly decorated in a classic style that offers space and privacy for families.
The Lounge - is spacious yet cosy and includes 3 sofas and a Large Flat Screen Television, with a view to the pool area that is always helpful if you are travelling with children. This will normally be the hub of the home, where everyone will gather of an evening to catch a movie, or a ball game.
The Dark Wood Kitchen – is beautifully designed and is fully equipped for all your needs. With the addition of a breakfast bar and stools, it is a great place for breakfast or a quick lunch.
The Dining Area continues the classic elegant theme, and is perfect for enjoying an evening at home enjoying some home cooked food, and catching up on the day’s events.
Games Area – There is a great addition to the home and is situated in the loft space at the top of the stairs. It includes a Pool Table and comfortable seating.
ALL OUR HOMES INCLUDE LAUNDRY FACILITIES WASHER AND DRYER WITH FREE WI FI AND CABLE TV AND FREE LOCAL CALLS.
The Bedrooms are all well-appointed, pleasantly decorated and are a lovely retreat at the end of a busy day to simply chill a little, read a book or catch the news before joining everyone for the evening.
Bedroom 1 – (upstairs) is a King Suite with Ensuite Facilities of a bath with shower and a double sink unit. There is a TV in this calm room which is ideal for relaxation.
Bedroom 2 – (upstairs) is a Queen Suite with Ensuite Facilities of a separate shower and a single basin unit. The Queen size bed and the décor of this room is just lovely and also includes a Flat Screen TV.
Bedroom 3 – (upstairs) is a Queen Bedroom, with Jack n Jill facilities of a shower and a single basin unit. This is another cosy and inviting room for you to relax in and includes a Flat Screen TV.
Bedroom 4 – (upstairs) Is a Twin bedroom. It is decorated in with a nautical theme that is very classic and will delight siblings or cousins travelling together that also includes a Flat Screen TV. There are Jack n Jill facilities of a shower and a single basin unit.
Bedroom 5 – (downstairs). Is a King Suite with Television and a King Size Bed. The Ensuite Facilities includes a shower and a single basin unit. This is perfect for guest travelling that may encounter difficulties with stairs.
Bedroom 6 – (downstairs) is a twin-bedded room with Ensuite Facilities of a shower and a single unit plus a Flat Screen TV and is ideal for relaxing and for guests who struggle with stairs.
The Outside Area of the home has a stunning South Facing Pool and Spa, with sun loungers for you to enjoy soaking up the Florida sunshine while catching up on the latest novel, or watching the children enjoy the delights of the pool. There is a covered Lanai dining area for you to relax in the shade, or to enjoy some Al fresco dining, perhaps sipping a well-earned cocktail while sampling some culinary delights under the stars.

- Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, self-propelled motor homes and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading.
- Motorcycles and Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street legal and registered like other motor vehicles.
They must be parked in the garage (they are not allowed if you home has the garage converted to a games room).
- Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing
- Electric Cars: It is prohibited to charge vehicles at the home. Failure to adhere to this will result in a $500 fine per charge plus electricity costs.
- Must leave proprty in the same state of cleanliness and general order as found.
