DETAILS: Octopus Garden is the place to be! Set in beautiful WaterSound West, this 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom Main House and Carriage House comfortably accommodates 12 guests. Enjoy carefree days strolling the boardwalk, swimming in the zero-entry community pool, and relaxing on the shore before heading over to The Big Chill for live music and delicious eateries! Guests will love barbecuing and unwinding on the shady back porch of this pet-friendly home while enjoying the peaceful lake view.

Step inside the first level of the Main House to discover a curated, coastal interior adorned with crisp white shiplap, blonde wood floors, and woven sisal and seagrass accents. Head past the spacious dining table for 7 and into the bright kitchen featuring high-end appliances and ample counter space. A breakfast bar for 4 overlooks the connected living space, where guests can curl up for a charmed evening with friends and family on the 2 couches and 2 armchairs flanking the TV. Out the glass doors waits the star of the home, an expansive screened deck with soft patio furniture and a built-in grill. Sit back and enjoy the lake view, as the overhead fans provide a subtle breeze. A handsome primary bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom, and porch access offers a spot for guests to retire on this level. For convenience during extended stays, there’s a laundry room with a washer and dryer off the front hall.

Take the stairs to the second-level landing, where a built-in full bed provides extra sleeping accommodations or a cozy reading nook. The first 2 guest bedrooms share access to a furnished screened porch and have a queen and king bed, respectively. Across the hall, the final guest bedroom has a king bed.

Guests can enjoy additional privacy in the Carriage House, which boasts an open layout with a fully equipped kitchen, a queen sleeper sofa, TV, king bed, and private bathroom.

*Bicycles are allowed in the WaterSound West Beach community on the streets. Due to safety and legal concerns, the WaterSound West HOA will no longer allow bicycles on the West Beach boardwalks.

*Unfortunately, the HOA does not allow guests to rent Low-Speed Vehicles.
