Elegant villa located between Playa del Carmen and Tulum, 5 minutes from Puerto Avventurai and Akumal. Guests enjoy exclusive access to the Xalmar beach club, on the beautiful beach of Xpu-Ha, with restaurant, bar, sunbeds and umbrellas. The villa offers modern comforts in a quiet environment surrounded by nature. An hour's drive from Cancun Airport, it's close to some of the most visited cenotes on the Riviera Maya. Upon arrival a security deposit of 500 USD is required, which will be returned at the end of your stay. Being a new complex, it is subject to construction work and therefore in several areas of the complex in Xpu-ha. There may be noise during the day until 5:30 p.m., except on holidays. Book now and get ready to immerse yourself in the magical jungle of the Riviera Maya, surrounded by luxury and privacy!!!
