Quinta del Sol is a luxury beach front condominium complex located on the spectacular emerald clear water of Fatima Bay in the exclusive gated community of Puerto Aventuras.

Unit 216 is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit with high brick-domed ceilings and loaded with luxury amenities such as 3 flat screen TVs each with CD/DVD and satellite service (US,Canadian (english and French) channels), stainless steel refrigerator with purified water machine, a Dishwasher, washer/dryer, and so much more! All rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. Watch and listen to the sea and enjoy the incredible pool views from your living room, master bedroom and balcony.

The beautiful and spacious home is decorated in a comfortable yet contemporary style. The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for dining at home in comfort. There are 2 bar stools at the Kitchen counter and also a dining table for six.

The sumptuous master suite with en suite bath with bathtub/ shower, has a King size bed and walk-out to the large balcony. The guest bedroom has a King size bed. There is also a smaller third room with a Full size bed. From the large and very comfortable living area, you can retreat to the spacious private balcony for pure relaxation or just step off and enjoy yourself in the incredible architecturally designed pool or on the stunning and pristine palm- lined beach. The shallow reef with colorful fish invites snorkelers to explore.

About Marie Josee Ouellette

We are a family that lives in Montreal, Canada and we bought this condo for our family's use, but also to rent for other families or couple needing a home away from home. Last summer (2013)we were at the Dreams Puerto Aventuras for a family vacation, and we fell in love with the place. The Marina is really nice, the beach is fantastic and the village is really secure. Puerto Aventuras is a fantastic place!!

As I said, we completely fell in love with Puerto Aventuras. The condo was previously owned by a family and very well kept and it was beachfront, something really important to us. It is close to everything: restaurants, groceries, pharmacy, medical clinic, Xcaret, Xel-Ha, Tulum, Playa Del Carmen etc.. The location is perfect!!

We stayed at Quinta del Sol unit 216, for 2 weeks at the end of march and we really enjoyed our stay. The condo is really well located. The beach is really nice and the pools were really beautiful too. We ate at all the restaurants in Puerto Aventuras, and we could walk to all of them. Everything was comfortable in the condo and we slept really well. We really enjoyed the balcony. We could read, eat and listen to the ocean and that was really a nice thing. We would go back any time.

very relaxing.

This condo is spacious and located near the beach and little town. The washer, drier and dishwasher all need to be repaired or replaced, though...so if those things are important to you, you may want to ask about them prior to booking. This community is great for anyone under 13 and over 40. My teenagers were bored.

Perfect Location on Fatima Bay

We had the lovely opportunity to stay here as a family of 4 with a 16 & 11 year old from March 9 to 16, 2017. The condo unit is perfectly located on the second floor, over looking the pools and the sunsets. At night the pool area twinkled. The condo shows exactly as in the pictures, with lots of extra beach towels and cool crisp bed sheets. This is a quiet condo area and perfect for relaxation. All the amenities where there, including beach/pool toys and a great BBQ for cooking up nice Mexican rib eye steaks and enjoying on the balcony.

This may sound odd BUT I really appreciated the fridge because the bottle water was hooked up to it. As a result, one would get cool water and excellent crushed ice - all filtered water. The kitchen was perfectly set up to support all cooking if desired. The condo owner's where quick to respond to our 2 minor questions, about Wifi and TV hook up. Much appreciated. In addition, Oscar the on site contact was easy to get a hold of in the office on the main floor. We ran out of water close to the end, and it was replaced in less than 30 minutes for only 35 MX pesos! Quinta de Sol is a lovely community which you will enjoy while renting this great condo unit. Great location close to the marina

We stayed in this condo for 10 days in march. The kitchen appliances and utensils are very dated and well used. They should be updated. Also there are only 2 wine glasses the condo sleeps 5. The beds are very comfortable. The lighting in the bathrooms above the sink needs to be brighter as a woman this is important. The beach towels are thin and worn they also need to be upgraded. They were wet and smelled moldy as they were put away in a closet before they were dry. I had to rewash them. As far as the manager Oscar is concerned he was of zero help as it was difficult to reach him. His hours are few. When we did see him we told him the public bathroom for the pool was out of toilet paper he told us" well then it's out" we said pardon? He said the maid is gone for the day. This was at 1pm. I am not one to complain in fact I never complete reviews but I feel when the owner is informed of these issues they could correct them and have many more happy renters. There also needs to have a bbq brush as there wasnt one that was usable. The fan on the balcony needs to be cleaned at the very least if not replaced it was rusted and felt like it was going to fly off the ceiling. A little tlc goes a long way. The owners are very nice and respond very promptly.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your comments. Since we go to the condo once or twice a year it is really important for us to have feedbacks from our guests. We will do our best to For the kitchen appliances, we change them when someone let us know that they are not working good. We already changed a few of them (microwave, cooking fan, toaster etc). Let us know which appliances are not working well and we will do what needs to be done (replace or repare). For the Glasses, I will tell our manager to buy some. They must have been broken, because we had more than 2 of them. The beach towels were fine when we went last summer, but I will certainly mention the moldy smell to our manager and tell him to dry well them before putting them back in the closet. The fan on the balcony is not that old, but with the ocean wind the metal get rusted really fast. It was never mention by any other renters and we never used it so we didi not know about that. I will mention it to our manager. Thank's again and be sure that we will take care of the little problems.

Lovely Place

My husband and I stayed at Marie Josie's place for 6 weeks in Jan/Feb 2017. The condo is very nice and a great size. The beach is steps away and everything is very convenient. Having stayed in MX long term before we particularly enjoyed the water and ice filtered in the refrigerator. Thanks for sharing your awesome place with us!

What a great place!

We were in Puerto Aventuras for my 40th birthday. Marie was very helpful from the very beginning. They provided lots of helpful information about the area, and even connections for a cook.

The condo was perfect. There were 7 of us. There was plenty of room! The patio was so nice. We ate all of our meals out there. The condo had everything we needed. The pools were so awesome! Our 3 kids lived in them everyday. This condo is in a perfect location! Close to the town of Puerto Aventuras, and close to all the other areas we wanted to visit.

Puerto Aventuras is such a great little place. We absolutely loved it! Very clean, safe and comfortable. One night my mom lost her purse while we were driving home from a restaurant. Someone who works in PA found it and turned it into the security gate house. The head of security brought it to our condo. So awesome! My husband and I are already planning when we can come back to this great property. Definitely recommend this condo. I should also say that we also rented a car for the 15 nights. Well worth it, plus we had no problems at all! We now love Mexico and our 2 boys keep asking when we can go back!

The gin clear, turquoise blue water in front of the Omni Hotel beach Puerto Aventuras (next to our condo: Quinta Del sol)is shallow and well protected by the outer reef. It is a great place to swim, snorkel or build a sandcastle.

Puerto Aventuras 9 hole par 36 golf course is challenging, very pretty, and never busy. Here you can wander up to the clubhouse around 7 AM and you will be sure to meet one of the residents who will likely invite you to join them in a casual round. Or if you want a really entertaining round and a chance to mingle with the local Mayans, just ask one of the grounds keepers to join you. Most of them finish work by 3 PM, love to golf, and have the strangest collection of clubs you could imagine.

Puerto Aventuras, is the perfect and safest place for an excellent vacation!!
