Between reservations, the home is professionally cleaned and stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, bath towels, and beach towels. Please note that these supplies are not replenished during long stays; they are included in the one-time cleaning fee. Additional cleaning services can be scheduled for $150 per session.

The kitchen is equipped with all essentials, a toaster, coffee machine, cooking utensils, and dinnerware.

Guest must pass SuperHog screening process. If you are a local resident, please contact us prior to booking, or your reservation may be canceled, and you must be 25 or older to book.

Host was extremely helpful. Place was just as advertised, maybe better. Very peaceful and quiet, yet very close to shops and design district. Off street parking!
