Host was very quick to respond with any questions I had. Check in and out was easy. The property was lovely and just what we needed for a quick getaway. Location was walking distance to Little Havana where you can finds shops, food, entertainment.

We had a very good and enjoyable stay. The property manager was very responsive. There were a few initial issues with the lighting around the Hot tub which was taken care of swiftly. The location of this property is amazing. Quiet neighbourhood and walkable to Little Havana. The house was well stocked and well maintained. I am taking away one star because of a cat related issue. There was a neighbourhood cat that roamed the property pooped all over the backyard almost every day and we couldn’t enjoy sitting in the backyard much. The manager was quick to come over to take care of the mess however this was a daily affair and we just gave up after the first two times. Overall; I would recommend the property minus the cat issue.

Great experience

My family requested to book this home for a single night to evacuate from hurricane Milton on a very short notice. The owners who normally do not rent for only one night, made it possible. The home was spotless. The backyard was beautiful to sit and calm our nerves from thinking of the impending storm. I would definitely stay again.

Lovely house near Little Havana. It's only a few blocks from Calle 8 and all the Little Havana sights, which was so convenient. The beds and pillows were comfortable, towels and washcloths were plenty, and the lock to check in/lock the door was so easy to use. A few things to note: there are roosters all over Little Havana and they are noisy. They provided ear plugs here and with those and white noise running it was just fine, but those little birds are LOUD. There is no cable with local news, although streaming services are accessible. Plates, bowls, and silverware are provided, but there aren't a ton of them. There are plenty of glasses.Washer and dryer are accessible through a separate door off of the back yard and you need to use a key to get into the room.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. It was easy to get to/from all the sights in Miami and surrounding areas and the home was clean and bright. Thanks for a great spring break home base.
