Ease and Comfort

Our family of 5 had a great time staying at this house. The kids used the pool and jacuzzi daily and the fact that we could walk to dinner or to coffee was so nice. The owner was extra helpful with advice about the area.

Hi, I'm Jon. I'm originally from Tennessee but I've lived in Pasadena for almost 30 years! I love my city! It's beautiful, less busy than LA with all the amenities of a world-class city. And you can't beat our wonderful year-round weather. It's the best!

Why they chose this property

I chose this neighborhood for its architectural beauty and history plus easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. We spend a lot of time in LA in our cars so I love being able to just walk out my front door and go somewhere when I'm home.

What makes this property unique

My house was originally built in 1924 (old for LA) and maintains much of its original charm. Lots of tile, wood floors and moldings, cove ceiling and other old-style features.
