The condo was clean and had all the supplies we needed. Pictures in the listing were accurate. The view from the balcony is beautiful. When we stayed (April 2025)there was some construction work going on next door and under our building. It was during typical work hours when we were on the beach. It was not a problem, but guests should be aware that as Sanibel continues to recover, there will be some construction going on. It's a small price to pay for staying in paradise

The property was beautiful, very well maintained. Pool was great always clean. Condo was gorgeous, with the most perfect views of the ocean! Screened in porch to keep the bugs out. The walkway to the beach is immaculate and so easy to access. Closet downstairs to keep you beach things in. Beach chairs, beach cart and some scoops made it so easy to just grab and go. You will see all kinds of wildlife, iguanas, lizards, tortoises, and all kinds of birds. First trip to Sanibel did not disappoint and neither did the condo! Washer and dryer beach towels provided. Great stay!!
