The House on Crawford is a unique property on North Beach Side. This apartment is above the garage.
This rooming house was built in 1923, and is today recognized as an Historic Building. It is a legal short term rental that offers 3 different and private apartments all situated on the second floor.
The Cottage offers:

Kitchen Area
Bathroom
Bedroom with a queen bed, set up for 2 people only.
Off street parking "Cottage"
We have bicycles available under your own responsibility, BBQ, Beach chairs and umbrella.
The house is perfectly situated, just a few yards away from the beach and the river, and 200 yards away from Flagler Ave. (close enough to walk to, far enough to not be disturbed by the noise)

Cute place a 5 minute easy walk to either beach or restaurants. Fully equipped with practically anything imaginable.

Cute property within walking distance to Flagler Avenue and perfect spot to hop over to the beach. Getting into the property was a struggle but after that it was nice. Would suggest coffee and sugar being provided.

Great for short stay

We love New Symrna Beach, this location is safe, clean and all you need. Very short walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood and love hearing the ocean from the deck! Awesome place!

Just what we wanted

Loved the location. Great rooftop patio.Comfortable bed and space. Well laid out. A lot of living in a relatively small space . Every thing was there to meet our needs for a great stay.

Cold night -insufficient heat and ultra-spongy bed

It seems like this would be a great place to stay when the weather is warm, but it got down to 42 during our stay.

Anniversary getaway

My husband and I had a wonderful visit to New Smyrna. It was our first time there but it won’t be our last! The Cottage was perfect for the two of us. Short walk to the beach and only several blocks to Flagler with great shops and restaurants. Enjoyed having our coffee on the porch.

Cottage stay on Crawford

This studio cottage is perfect for one or two people for a private getaway. A 3 minute walk to the beach where you can use the beach chairs provided. Only about a 10 minute walk to Flagler. Close enough for easy access, but the 6 block distance allows you to leave the busy pace and head back to quiet. We will definitely stay again.

Perfect beach cottage

The cottage was perfect. It was a short walk to the beach. We got up each morning and headed to the beach for the sunrise. The balcony was perfect to sit and watch the lightning storm. It was such a cute place. We will definitely stay there again if we get back to NSB.

Perfect beach cottage

We had a great stay at this lovely cottage. It’s close to the beach and also walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. It is comfortable and had everything we needed, we really enjoyed sitting out on the rooftop deck!

Great Florida Vacation

Property was just as shown on the VRBO site. Excellent location. Very close to the beach. Also within short walking distance of Flagler street shops and restaurants.

We loved our stay at the cottage. The place was clean, easy access to the beach, easy check in and out. It is located close to all the good restaurants, Flagler Ave, and a beach access just minutes down the road. Staying during the week was perfect, far fewer people on the beach and in the restaurants. We would definitely stay at the Cottage again!!

The BEST place for rest and relaxation!

What an incredible spot for a weekend of quiet, cleaniness, comfort, ease of stay! Short walk to the beach, or drive onto beach at 8:00am. Deck with chairs and table for breezy afternoon. Super comfortable bed, shower! Kitchen well-equipped. Nothing more to be said, except... stay here! You will love it! The hosts are very communicative and exceptionally kind. I'll be back!

Shannon and Corinne bought this historic beauty from Anne and Richard in 2020. Shannon is a commercial pilot and Corinne is a former Coast Guard pilot. The live with their 3 children, 2 dogs, 2 cats, and chinchilla ;) in the main house. They are available if you need them. I they are out of town on a trip someone else will be available if needed.
