The bathroom features a single vanity and a tub-shower combination. Enjoy breakfast or relax on the balcony, which offers plenty of seating and breathtaking views.

The floor was a little dirty in the kitchen and bathroom. We found three large live cockroaches. One on the kitchen countertop, one in the living room and one in the hallway. There was evidence of a mouse on the kitchen countertop. General lack of maintenance throughout the condo. We have stayed at the Phoenix X 4-5 times and have had great condos. This one did not live up to the standards of the ones we have stayed in previously and would not choice this one again.
