Quiet neighborhood with quick and easy access to all the fun and activities St. Pete has to offer, and a central location to quickly visit surrounding cities like Clearwater, Tampa, Dunedin, etc.

Enjoy your morning coffee or evenings on the screened in front porch, or while relaxing in the Adirondack chairs in the back yard. Your fur baby can run free in the large fenced in yard.

Full kitchen, TV in the living room and main bedroom, queen bed in the main bedroom, twin bed in the second bedroom, and someone can also sleep on the couch if they would like. We do NOT have a dishwasher, handwashing only.

The rugs in the living and dining room have been temporarily removed and will be replaced soon.

Studio in backyard is tenant occupied.

^Early Check-in: Early check-in at 1pm may be available upon request. The early check-in fee is $35.

^Guests: Only the number of guests stated in your reservation are allowed to be at or in the property at any time without express written approval of property owner. If you exceed the number of guests you book for, there will be a $100 fine per person per night. No parties or gatherings. Violations will be met with applicable fines & eviction.

^Starter supplies of toiletries are provided. However if you are here for a longer stay, you will likely need to make a short trip to the grocery to replenish some things, like paper products.

^Pets: If you are bringing your fur child, there is a $125 pet fee for stays under 14 days, per pet. For stays over 14 days, $200 pet fee. For stays of 30 days or more there is also a $300 refundable security deposit due. No cats. Max 2 dogs if under 50 lbs only, only 1 dog if over 50 lbs. Please be sure to read Pet Rules and state your agreement to Host at the time of booking.

^We use Truvi (formerly Superhog) as our damage insurance and identity verification provider. For stays over 14 days, booking guest is required complete the information requested on the Truvi link you will receive at booking time. If this is not done, you will be required to cancel the booking from your (guest) end, and cancellations will be refunded per the listing's cancellation policy, no exceptions. There is a $50 fee for this service, which you will receive a request for through the resolution center at the time of booking.

House Rules:
-No smoking in the house or on the front porch ($500 fine) $25 fine per cigarette butt found laying on the ground.
-No illegal substances.
-No moving/rearranging furniture ($500 fine)
-Keep all doors locked at all times
-Adults cannot book for people under 23 years old unless they will also be staying on the premises for the duration of the stay
-Leave fridge empty (unless it is unopened drinks or similar that could be used by the next guest)
-Security cameras, including doorbell camera, are present around exterior of property. Under no circumstances may these be removed, blocked off, or have their correct function hindered in any capacity. Should this happen, your reservation will be immediately terminated with no refund. No exceptions.

Pet Rules:
-Pet fee, $125 per pet for stays under 14 days. For stays over 14 days, $200 pet fee. For stays of 30 days or more there is also a $300 refundable security deposit due at booking. No cats allowed.
-If large dog, only one allowed. If under 50 lbs, 2 max. No aggressive or guard dog breeds. If you instant book and do not meet this criteria, you will be required to cancel the booking from (your) guest end and will receive a full refund (if done at the time of booking). If you do not provide this information when asked, and it comes out later, your reservation will be cancelled and refunds will only be granted in accordance with the cancellation policy of your booking. No exceptions.
-Clean up and dispose of pet poop ($100 fine per pile) Lawn guy charges us.
-Pets cannot be left alone for extended periods of time
-Absolutely no pets on any furniture (any damage, cleaning, discoloration, or other invoices received by cleaning company resulting from violating this rule will be billed to guest. If furniture or other items are damaged beyond repair guest will be billed up to a max amount equal to the replacement cost of the item)
-If your pet is barking or otherwise being a nuisance to others in the building, you will get one warning. On the second complaint you will be required to remove the pet or vacate the premises. You will forfeit the remainder of your stay and will not receive a refund.
