The place was dirty had to call house keeping before unpacking

greetings, my family and I checked into the unit on Weds May 28th, 2025. we paid extra to have early check so we were there at 3pm. Immediately after we entered the unit everyone’s feet were black from the dirty floors. We all had sneakers and socks on form a day of traveling and had clean feet before taking them off when we got inside. I do not mean just alittle dirty I mean it looked as if the floors had been mopped with dirt or we had been walking around a gas station for hours. we noticed the furniture as well as some decorations were not in great shape. the listing says the unit sleeps 8 with the pullout couch sleeping 2 of those 8. The couch is about to fall apart and there were wooden blocks that appeared to have been placed under it to help support it. IT was not even comfortable to use for sitting or stable enough never mind having anyone sleep on it. we had two teen girls lay on it just to see what it was like and their heads sank in while the bottom of the couch and the mental legs for the bed part came off the of floor. We had to go out and purchase air mattresses as well as blankets because there weren’t enough. the sheets that were on the beds were dirty and not just stained either one of the bed skirts smelled and had wet yellow spots all around the bottom. The curtains were also very dirty. The living room had 3 windows but only 2 shades. The middle window that appears to have had a curtain rod break, was not replaced but instead had a paper shade taped to th
