Step into the living room, where a lodge-inspired vibe greets you with a deer antler chandelier, plaid wallpaper, and acoustic wall paneling. The neon sign that says “Summit and Stay” sets the perfect tone for your adventure. Music lovers will enjoy the Marshall Bluetooth speaker, perfect for setting the mood. The living room opens to two of the five decks. One features a screened-in area with a flat-screen TV, sectional seating, dining table, and ceiling fan—ideal for a cozy, outdoor movie night. The second deck, with breathtaking views of the Shenandoah Mountains, has a sectional outdoor sofa, a firepit table, and a four-top table, making it the perfect place to sip your coffee and soak in the scenery. The kitchen is a chef’s dream—modern with stainless steel appliances and a gas stove. Equipped with every kitchen gadget imaginable—from an air fryer to a slow cooker, pressure cooker, rice cooker, waffle maker, blender, and toaster oven—it’s ready to handle even the pickiest of chefs. And for caffeine lovers, there are two coffee stations, one in the kitchen and one in the primary bedroom. Plus, complimentary snacks are provided in the kitchen to satisfy any cravings upon arrival.

The dining room seats 12 and is lake-themed, featuring a custom, handmade 5-ft canoe light fixture overhead. Right outside the dining area is access to yet another of the five decks, where you'll find a brand new hot tub with views of the Shenandoah mountains and trees, a cold plunge, ping pong table, grill, a table for outdoor dining, and Adirondack chairs around a fire pit with bistro lighting, perfect for evening relaxation.

The main level also features an office area for anyone needing to work remotely, and a game room packed with entertainment—two arcade games (Pacman and Street Fighter), foosball, tons of board games, and even a queen-sized Murphy bed. The second bedroom is mountain and deer-themed, with two twin beds, a life-size deer, a kids' tent, and bookshelves full of mountain themed bedtime stories. Plus, it has a walk-in closet for extra storage. The main level also boasts a beautifully updated bathroom and a washer/dryer for convenience.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom is a serene retreat with a king-sized bed, two sitting areas, a coffee station, and access to the private fourth deck with even more spectacular mountain views. The updated bathroom features a dual sink vanity and a beautifully renovated shower with japandee tiling. The third bedroom is ski-themed, complete with vintage Norwegian skis hanging on the wall, a neon sign of a squirrel skiing, and a gorgeous view of the ski resort right outside the window. The fourth bedroom offers a retro vibe with the 5th deck and sweeping views of the Shenandoah mountains. The third beautifully updated bathroom is conveniently located right outside this retro room. Each bedroom is equipped with its own flat-screen smart TV, ensuring everyone can relax in style.
