The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Good appliances and cookware. Well stocked with spices and other dry goods. The location was perfect for us, close to town, the Redwoods and the beach. Very relaxing and comfortable.

The house was great. My only quibble was it didn't have laundry there, and I had to find a laundromat. Other than that I would highly recommend the house.

Great Location in Quiet Neighborhood

This was a great location in a safe, quiet neighborhood! Home was clean, updated and well-kept. Kitchen had everything we needed. Opening the windows and using the ceiling fans kept the house nice and cool. Enjoyable deck and back yard. Beds could have been more comfortable, but we would definitely return to this property.

This well-prepared house was perfect for our stay in Crescent City. The owner laid out a welcome guide to the area for us, which was super useful in planning our Redwood National Park during the day, and Beachside sunset vista viewing in the evening. The rooms were kept comfortably cool by easy to open windows at night, and the living room had plenty of seating for everyone. The bathrooms were well cleaned and modernized. The only issue we had was the lack of vent fans, but that seems to be common in Crescent City - everyone just pops open a window, as it is at most 65 degrees F outside. Overall, I highly recommend this property for your stay!

Sufficient/nice

The property was clean for the most part and served the purpose. The kitchen floor was sticky (assuming they use swiffer mop as it leaves things sticky). I was actually going to mop the kitchen but couldn’t find a mop. It would have been nice to have a washer/dryer. My son said his bed was comfortable, but our bed (master room) was not comfortable and felt like it was going to fall apart every time my husband turned in bed. My daughter was not happy with her bed either. This is a personal preference so some people may love the mattresses.The property manager was in contact several times about a contractor coming by to work on the porch in the back yard. That was much appreciated. The first time he came by he saw my son and asked him to help him. Thankfully my husband was outside and stopped my son.
