Spring Break Sale - Cozy condo in beachfront resort

Sugar Beach Oasis beachfront in a fabulous family friendly low rise complex! Park in front of the condo, no long walks with luggage and no long elevator waits! Sugar Beach has a fresh water pond with turtles, a public grill area, clubhouse, shuffleboard, pool & tennis/pickle ball courts. Free early check-in when available!!

Walking distance to Hammerhead Freds, Longboards, Bricks & Barley Pizza, Hershey's Beach Ice Cream shop, PCB Winery, golf, go-carts, shopping, etc.

The Space:
A one bedroom condo with a king-size bed in the bedroom and a queen size murphy bed in the living room. Included is a fully equipped kitchen, free high-speed WiFi, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, pickleball rackets, etc. There are "smart" TV's in the bedroom and living room with full streaming capability and local cable provided.

A $35 registration fee is required to be paid at Sugar Beach upon check-in. This will cover your parking pass.
*Trailers are $100 per space
*All trailers must be approved by the office before arrival

Communication was clear and consistent. Everything was as they said it would be. They have literally stocked the kitchen with all the essentials. Every extra in general, games, cards, beach towels too. Beach service, pool, proximity to restaurants, all top notch. Highly recommend.

We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay! The unit was clean, comfortable and well stocked - some of the things were nicer than what I have at home! Trent was very pleasant and checked on us each day. Everything was just as described in the listing. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Had an incredible stay!! Complex was very clean, well kept and excellent parking. Condo was amazing, clean, stocked with essentials. Very comfortable bed and couches. Loved being on bottom floor with outside patio and access to common areas. Would definitely recommend!!!

Super clean, perfectly laid out, excellent location! It is fully stocked, anything you could need in the kitchen etc is there. Communication is top notch, Trent is a phone call away & very helpful. The entire complex is great, not too big so its not overcrowded. The ponds in the center are beautiful & full of turtle & fish to feed. Pool is great & your steps from the beach. We will 100% be back to stay in this condo! 10/10

Everything was good except the resort charged for my car to park. I don’t think that is right, at least it should be made understood before you pay the Vrbo.

Worst condo experience we have ever had.

My husband decided last minute that he wanted to go to the beach for his birthday. Our options were limited at that point for a pet friendly condo on the beach. We were a little hesitant to chose this unit and should have went with our gut. We arrived late and pretty much went straight to bed once we arrived. Our first impression was not great but we decided we could make it work for a couple days. It wasn't until the next morning when we really started looking around the condo that we regretted our decision. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting and the kitchen was not much better. There were several maintenance issues such as a random piece of mismatched countertop in the corner obviously covering up something as well as loose outlet covers. I did reach out to the owner and he offer to refund our cleaning deposit which we never received. I do not recommend this place at all.

I was sorry to see this response. You mention arriving late and going to bed, but the camera and door logs show you arrived at 5:04 pm and went in and out until 10 pm. You did not mention anything about cleanliness issues during your stay, as I would have happily sent our cleaners to the property to address any of your issues. Only after you left did you mention anything about cleaning issues, and sent me pictures to include dust on the top of the refrigerator, a grease mark in the bottom of the oven, some coffee grounds by the coffee cups and the dark grey water mark in the bathroom ceiling tile. The random countertop is marble slab next to the stove where you can put any hot pan/dish without worry of damaging the counter, it is not "obviously covering up something". We have since changed cleaners from the ones used at the time of your stay, and I did offer to reimburse your cleaning fees as I never want anyone to feel unheard and taken advantage of, but you never responded to me.
