This beautifully situated condo is located on the desirable west end of Panama City Beach. Enjoy true oceanfront living just a short walk from Pier Park, where shopping, dining, and entertainment await. Imagine waking each morning and stepping outside to the stunning white sand beaches and sparkling waters of PCB.

One of the highlights of this condo is the private balcony—perfect for sipping your morning coffee, relaxing in the sunshine, and taking in breathtaking ocean views. After a day on the beach, take a short stroll across the street to Shuck’ems Oyster Bar & Grill or explore the many nearby restaurants and attractions.

Community Amenities
Guests can enjoy access to the on-site pool, hot tub, three BBQ grills, and a volleyball area—all conveniently located on the property.

Condo Features
The unit includes a full kitchen, one bathroom, one king bed, one queen bed, and a futon sofa bed. The main bedroom with a queen bed is located downstairs, while a spacious loft upstairs features a king bed—providing comfortable accommodations for family and friends.
This top-floor location offers the added loft space; however, please note there is no elevator access. The unit is reached by a few easy flights of stairs. A shared laundry room is available on the property (not inside the condo).
This is a non-smoking unit. Dogs are allowed, but not cats
Parking
Free parking is provided for one vehicle per stay. A parking pass will be located inside the condo upon arrival and must remain visible in your vehicle at all times.

We really enjoyed our stay! PERFECT location within walking distance to restaurants (this is important because 1 mile away is a 20-30 min drive) Super cute condo and everything was super clean and plenty of necessities to get you through. Will absolutely stay here again in the future.

This condo was perfect for our vacation! The loft bedroom was nice and cool at nightime and waking up to look at the oceanview was my favorite part! The pool was a little too cold for swimming, as expected, but was clean and well kept. We did enjoy a few evenings in the hot tub, also clean and somewhat secluded and private. The proximity to Pier Park, the pet beach and other shopping essentials was very convenient! We will consider this condo again in the future!

This condo is in a great location if you want to be close to Pier Park and the action of Panama City Beach. With the city wide curfew, the area quiets down in the evenings to provide a restful nights sleep. The condo has a lot of amenities for a very reasonable price. It's nice having a kitchen, and 2 separate sleeping areas. There's also a super Walmart very close by for grocery runs or if you need to pick up extra beach supplies. My daughter loves that the pool goes to 10 feet (hard to find at public pools in the United States). My little dog loves that he doesn't get left behind when we go on vacation. A win-win for everyone!

The property was located in a great area near Pier Park and had a great view of the beach. The unit could use an update with their furnishings but they were adequate. It is pet friendly and they have a pet area which was good. The hot tub and pool were very clean too. We did have a couple of minor issues but David took care of them immediately. He is a great host and I would recommend this property.

We absolutely loved staying here. It is not super fancy, but everything is very clean and well maintained. You could tell every moring that someone had been out tending to the pool, hot tub, and other areas. We really liked the hot tub area, exactly as pictured. Very relaxing. It is also an excellent location on the strip, a ton of places within walking distance, and really close to the Walmart for essentials. We had everything we needed in our kitchen for some simple food prep. Our kids loved the loft, that was actually way bigger than we were expecting from the pictures. The owner was easy to reach out to for questions (we had no complaints). Our view was spectacular. We saw those amazing sunsets from our balcony. Yes, there are karaoke bars across the street, but they close up around 10. We couldn't hear them from our room, and you cannot hear them from the area between the hotel and the beach. So I guess it would only be an issue if you were hanging out in the parking lot. And if you happen to like karaoke, then all the more reason to stay here!We were going to try Destin next summer, but now we are thinking we may just stay here again.

Nice place and great stay experience

The owners of the property at very nice and we was the first ones to stays in it after several months of the building being closed for remodeling and such. They have the place looking great and are very friendly. 10 stars on the condo and the owners! Will be using them again!
