Welcome to the Beach! Relax with the fam in this coastal retreat. Our updated 2BR/2BA condo at The Summit at Tops`l Beach and Racquet Resort features private Beach access, heated pools, and a hot tub.

The spacious primary suite offers a king bed and private bath, and the 2nd bedroom has a two full size beds. Enjoy the full kitchen, dining for 6, and a queen pull out couch. Relax on the private balcony or explore family-friendly complex.

This gated and secure community really has it all!

Guests have exclusive access to multiple private resort pools that are heated (as needed), & a hot tub at The Summit, just steps away from the condo available to all Tops`l Beach and Racquet Resort guests.

The beach is a short 250-yard / 5 min walk away, or you can be chauffeured in the free `stretch` golf cart available to guests for those that aren`t fleet of foot or for those hauls to and from the beach!

We provide a couple of beach chairs, or you can rent sets on the beach from the servers there for an additional fee.

Family-Friendly Resort -

Tops`l is a quiet, family-friendly resort with a massive private beachfront, adjacent to a nature preserve that offers four miles of protected beach for peaceful walks. Enjoy kayaking or paddleboarding to Seahorse Reef, just off the coast of Topsail State Preserve.

Shuttle service is available throughout the resort and to nearby Baytowne Wharf.

The Summit is conveniently located near The Silver Sands Outlet Mall, The Shops at Grand Boulevard, Baytowne Wharf, world-class fishing, golfing, and numerous other attractions.

The resort offers onsite fine and casual dining, as well as refreshments at the beachside Tiki Bar.

You will have the entire unit to yourselves so we will not meet you in person, but we are readily available for any questions.

Access to the beach, swimming pools, and hot tubs is included with your reservation; club membership is not required.

Minimum age to rent and stay is 25 years old.

College students are not allowed.

The resort is a secure, gated community. A guest list and ID are required upon entry.

Adults may not check-in anyone under 25 and then leave the premises.

A refundable damage deposit is required.
