Families travel light — kid gear is already here. Dogs get room to run. Road-trippers get EV charging, garage parking, and fast WiFi. A mile to the Sundial Bridge, with Lassen National Park, Shasta Lake, and Whiskeytown all easy day trips.
We respond in minutes, not hours. We'll send local restaurant and hiking recommendations before you arrive, check in during your stay to make sure everything's perfect, and we're always a message or text away.
Self check-in with a unique door code for each guest. We also have local assistance available for emergencies.
Quiet neighbors, wide streets, sidewalks, walking trails, parks. The property is located of the best neighborhoods in Redding.
The entire property is yours to enjoy — home, garage, and backyard. The half bathroom is located in the garage (just so you know before you go looking). There is a locked owner's closet in the hallway and locked storage in the garage for cleaning supplies.
The home is modern, open, and uncluttered. Every detail is intentional, from fresh unscented linens and stainless cookware to sharp knives, a large French press, and labeled kitchen cabinets so you're never hunting for what you need. One guest with over 200 stays called it "one of the nicest I've ever had the pleasure of staying at."
All three bedrooms are set up for great sleep: comfortable beds, room-darkening shades, and high-quality linens that are always fresh but never over-scented. The primary suite has a king bed, walk-in shower, and spacious walk-in closet. Two additional bedrooms have queen beds.
The outdoor space is every bit as thoughtful as the inside: half an acre, fully fenced, professionally maintained, with views of Mt. Lassen and Mt. Shasta. Morning coffee on the deck, evening sunsets, bird watching, plenty of room for kids or dogs to run. The Peppertree nature area and walking trails are right across the street.
For families, the home is set up to make stays easier: pack-n-play, high chair, booster seat, water table, kids' toys, books, musical instruments, and kid-friendly dishes.
For pets, the fully fenced yard means less stress and more room to roam.
For work travelers and road-trippers, fast WiFi, a dedicated workspace, a quiet residential setting, enclosed garage parking for two large cars, and an EV charger with Tesla/J1772 compatibility.
The location is quiet and convenient. Walk about a mile to the Sundial Bridge, with Peppertree Park and nature trails right across the street. By car, Bethel Church is about 5 minutes away, downtown Redding is about 10 minutes, and Lassen National Park, Shasta Lake, Whiskeytown Lake, and Burney Falls are all easy day trips.
Climate note: Redding summers are hot. The home has excellent climate control. In peak summer, the backyard and deck are best enjoyed in the mornings and evenings.
ARTWORK: The home features original artwork throughout — please enjoy but treat with care.
YARD MAINTENANCE: Our gardener visits on Tuesdays. They'll be in and out of the backyard and won't disturb you.
PET GUESTS: Please clean up after your dog in the yard — we provide poop bags, just toss them in the trash can on the side of the house. Let us know you're bringing a furry friend so we can have everything ready.
PARKING: Enclosed garage fits two cars or one large SUV. EV charger (Tesla/J1772 compatible) available in the garage.
NEIGHBORHOOD: Quiet residential street. Walk to Peppertree Park and Sundial Bridge. 5 minutes to Bethel Church. 10-15 minutes to downtown Redding, restaurants, and grocery stores. Day trip distance to Lassen Volcanic National Park, Shasta Lake, Whiskeytown Lake, and Burney Falls.
TRASH & RECYCLING: Friday is trash day, but there's no need to take the cans to the curb — we have someone to handle that.
SUMMER GUESTS: Redding gets HOT. The home has excellent climate control but the backyard and deck are best enjoyed mornings and evenings in peak summer.
