This expansive 7-bedroom home accommodates 16 guests and features stunning vaulted pine ceilings, an open-concept living space, and a fully equipped kitchen.



On the main floor, you'll find bedrooms with forest views and a full bathroom.



Upstairs find the master bedroom with plenty of natural light, a loft space with seating and smart TV, and a full bathroom.



The lower level offers a stylish theatre like experience, record area, four spacious bedrooms, and a full bathroom.

**Important House Rules & Policies:**

1. Minimum age to rent is 25

2. Quiet hours are 10:00pm to 8:00am

3. Life jackets are required for all residents and guests who use the lake (kayak, boat, any watercraft)

4. Fireworks are prohibited

5. A valid PA fishing license is required to fish in Lake Sinca

6. Glass containers prohibited at all community common areas-Beach and Lake area, playgrounds, roadways, etc.

7. Alcohol prohibited at all community common areas-Beach and lake area, playgrounds, roadways, etc.
