Step inside the cozy living area, perfect for memorable nights in. The game room, with a poker table and Ms. Pac-Man arcade, offers endless entertainment. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and multiple smart TVs. Outside, relax in the hot tub, gather around the firepit for s’mores, or practice your putt on the mini-golf green. With welcoming outdoor spaces and modern interiors, there’s something for everyone—whether celebrating or simply unwinding in Music City.

Discover the charming Hope Gardens neighborhood, located just a brief walk away from North Gulch, City View, Germantown, Nashville's Farmers Market, and the popular Marathon Music Works venue. This area is one of the closest residential neighborhoods to downtown, offering a safe and convenient location for your stay. Enjoy nearby amenities, including a brand-new dog park and kid-friendly playground. Within one mile of the home, you'll find numerous dining and drinking options, such as the popular brunch spot Geist, cocktail bar Mothers Ruin, and Central BBQ. We'd be happy to recommend more favorites upon request!
Getting Around:
The home is within walking distance to Germantown, Sounds stadium, Nashville Farmers Market, The North Gulch, and Marathon Music Works. Then just a short drive/uber to everything else Nashville has to offer!

Germantown - 2 mins (.5 miles)
The North Gulch - 2 mins (.5 miles)
The South Gulch - 5 mins (1.5 miles)
Downtown/Broadway - 4 mins (1.5 miles)
East Nashville - 6 mins ( 3 miles)
Midtown/Vanderbilt - 7 mins (2 miles)
12 South - 10 mins (4 miles).
Other Things to Note:
This home is conveniently located near the highway, offering quick access to major routes. While the bedrooms are thoughtfully positioned to minimize road noise, you may occasionally hear the hum of a truck passing through the living room area.
If you’re a particularly light sleeper, we also have a large portfolio of homes throughout the city in quieter residential areas. We’re always happy to help you find the perfect fit for your stay.
The neighborhood itself is undergoing exciting growth, with a blend of newly constructed homes and classic older properties that add character and charm. This area reflects the dynamic spirit of a community that's evolving, combining urban convenience with a warm, neighborhood feel. You’ll notice a mix of residential streets and more urban, industrial pockets—while it’s not the most walkable area, everything you need is just a quick Uber ride away. It’s a great place to enjoy both modern amenities and local charm.
Hot Tub: The hot tub is professionally cleaned and the water is refreshed prior to each arrival. During colder temperatures, when the water has been replaced, it may take up to 24 hours from check-in for the hot tub to fully heat while covered and retaining warmth.
*Please note that in cold weather, the hot tub may have difficulty maintaining temperatures above 95°F.*
The living room fireplace is not functional.
