Outdoor living: The backyard features a large patio with 2 tables, comfortable seating, shade umbrellas, a propane grill and views of the mountains. You'll love dining al fresco while enjoying the mountain views and tranquility of nature. Enjoy a fire in the evening around the firepit or roast some marshmallows. The yard is completely fenced so your small dog can enjoy time outside with family.



Indoor living: As you enter the Western Sunset property you'll be captivated by the large Saguaro ribs that adorn the fireplace mantle. The property has an open-concept living and dining room, separate kitchen dining area and fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen is a chefs dream with a Sub Zero fridge, electric cooktop stove and plenty of counter space for preparing yummy meals. Enjoy the dining area and family room with a large smart TV, decorative fireplace, recliner, sofa and chairs, family board games and movies. The property boasts 3 private bedrooms and a semi-private upstairs loft each with its own theme and décor. All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans for your comfort. The home is cooled by central air conditioning and warmed by central heat.

Please note there is spiral staircase up to the loft. Children and Adults with mobility issues should not try to use the stairs unaccompanied. Children should always be closely monitored when going up and down the stairs. Children should never be allowed to play on the stairs. Use the staircase at your own risk.

Please note that the garage is locked and off limits to guests. There is ample parking in the driveway. Please only park in the driveway and not on the street.



We allow up to 2 small and well-behaved dogs on property (25 pounds each limit). Pet owners must pay the pet fee prior to check in. Owners are responsible to clean up the yard of pet waste, not let dogs excessively bark and not leave them at the property for long times alone. Pet fee is non-refundable. If a pet causes damage to the property, other costs and fees may apply. Guests are responsible for picking up pet waster from the yard immediately and disposing of in the outside trash can. Pet waste clean up fee is $60 per hour.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire house (minus the locked garage and multiple sheds on the property) front yard, back yard, patio and driveway,

Established in 1971, Prescott Golf Club is nestled in the golden panoramic valley between the Mingus and Bradshaw Mountain ranges. Players visiting the club will find breathtaking views, as well as quick bentgrass greens and lush tree line fairways. A parkland style course with a high desert flair, PGC accommodates all skill levels, with generous landing areas for the beginner to undulating greens that can test even the low handicapper. PGC is a semi private facility highlighted by the par 72 course which can be played anywhere from 5,700 to 6,800, along with a double sided practice facility with practice bunker and pitching greens. Looking for great food and a drink? Redwoods Grill is a focal point for members and public alike. With seasonal menu changes and daily specials cultivated by our chef, you are sure to enjoy your experience off the course. Whether you prefer to be seated indoors, or enjoy the recently renovated outdoor patio, you are sure to enjoy great food, friendly service and beautiful vistas of the surrounding mountain ranges.
