You are renting a newly built duplex and a tiny house in a property full of mature fruit trees that produces fruit throughout the year. The 2 side-by-side apartments plus a tiny house in the back will give you a total of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 living rooms, 3 fully equipped kitchens, 3 bathrooms, 2 front and back patios, and washer and dryer. Sleeping arrangements consists of 1 king bed, 2 queen bed, 2 twin beds (2 twin size sofas in living rooms). You will find the accommodations awesome when you wander in a large fruit garden where you can freely harvest your own fruits. The property also features AC and WiFi for a pleasant short stay or long-term stay. There are 2 convenient stores and a mini fruit & vegetable mini market within steps away on the town's main road.

BM supermarket chain is within 5 minutes drive in Dominical Beach where you find restaurants, bars, food markets, and shopping. You are also minutes from Dominicalito Beach and Linda Beach, 20 minutes from Nauyaca Waterfalls, 30 minutes from Marino

While you are only 5 minutes drive to beach (20 minutes walk), you will enjoy the peacefulness from the front porch every morning with a good cup of Costa Rican coffee in your hands. You will close to everything you need including grocery, pharmacy, restaurants, and shopping; yet, enjoy the calmness of the location of this house and its large fruit garden. All are fenced in with 2 gates. Most of the main streets you come across in this city are paved and easy to access. However, if you don't have a car and choose to walk to beach, it is important to have good walking shoes because many roads are not flat and you will need to cross a highway.
