Livin la retraite de rêve à Terra Verde Resort à Kissimmee / Orlando en Floride est l'endroit idéal pour vos vacances en famille à prix abordable !!! Nous sommes situés à seulement 10 minutes de Disney World, mais ce beau style resort communauté fermée est niché loin de l'agitation des parcs.

Livin LA RETRAITE DREAM est une belle 1300 pieds carrés entièrement climatisé 3 chambres, 2. 5 salles de bains, 2 maison de plain-pied qui a toutes les nécessités de la maison, mais avec tous les équipements de luxe d'un hôtel de première classe.

La maison dispose d'une connexion Wi-Fi, de 4 Grand téléviseur haute définition avec la programmation HD (117 canaux numériques), toutes avec un lecteur de DVD et une console Nintendo Wii et des jeux.

Quand vous marchez à travers la porte d'entrée de Livin The Dream Retreat, vous entrez dans le grand plan de niveau d'étage ouvert principale, avec salon / salle à manger et coin cuisine. Il y a aussi une salle de lavage avec laveuse et sécheuse ainsi qu'une salle de bain 2 pièces.

La cuisine est équipée avec des plats, couverts et casseroles / poêles. Il y a un micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, vitrocéramiques gamme de cuisson, réfrigérateur / congélateur qui distribue de l'eau fraîche réfrigérée et cubed ou de la glace pilée, cafetière, grille-pain.

Le salon est parfait pour se détendre sous le ventilateur de plafond sur le canapé confortable (avec lit queen sortir) et causeuse. Que vous regardiez un programme de haute définition ou un DVD, ou jouer à la Nintendo Wii, vous ne serez pas déçu par la qualité de l'image sur le 37 "LCD HDTV 1080p dans le salon principal.

Les portes patio au large de la tête du salon dans la moustiquaire dans le sud face à la zone de cour privée qui soutient sur le lac expansive avec des vues à couper le souffle.

Détendez-vous sur le confort profond ensemble des sièges de conversation ou de prendre dans un peu de soleil sur les chaises longues confortables. Imaginez profiter d'un barbecue en plein air ou de détente dans le spa privé chauffée / bain à remous et de ne jamais être dérangé par des insectes !! Vous pouvez sortir de la zone de patio moustiquaire et marcher moins de 50 pieds à la piscine de l'hôtel Clubhouse et chauffée.

Le premier étage dispose de trois chambres qui ont toutes des matelas confortables et une literie de qualité, des meubles et des ventilateurs de plafond.

La chambre principale a un lit King et est situé à l'arrière de la propriété avec une vue imprenable sur le lac et un patio privé. Il a une nouvelle marque de matelas Elegance suprême Euro Top, un "LCD / DVD Combo HDTV 26 avec câble numérique et une salle de bains avec douche de plain-pied.

La deuxième chambre a un lit queen et la troisième chambre a 2 lits jumeaux - deux chambres ont 26 "LCD / DVD Combo HDTV avec câble numérique et sont situés à l'avant de la propriété et partagent la troisième salle de bain.

We’ve had a fantastic holiday at this home, Tammy was quick to respond with any questions, information given for check in was really comprehensive and the house is beautifully maintained by both Tammy and a lovely management company who we had contact with just the once, but were so helpful and speedy with their response to our question. The hot tub is the best we’ve had on our many visits to florida and we will definitely be looking to stay here again on our next trip. Thank you Tammy for sharing your home with us.

The beautiful condo was very clean and well decorated. We were especially impressed with the showers. They had great water pressure and were very clean. The spa was nice, along with the private patio that overlooked the lake. The furniture inside and out was very nice. Tammy was a wonderful host.

Villa in Terra Verde

Villa was clean and tidy and was in a great location close to the clubhouse. The owner Tammy kept us well informed during the Hurricane and answered all my questions very promptly . I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to other guests.

Lovely Town Home.

We had a great stay at this home. Check in was easy, and the home was very clean. Practically right next door is a nice pool. The complex is gated and secure. The only thing that was a slight inconvenience was that the master bedroom furniture only had one night stand, but the bed was really comfy. Very close to all the attractions. I have stayed in many properties, and would absolutely recommend this one.

Townhouse is nice and clean. Communication is extremely timely. Cell service and internet are spotty. Location is good, but Orlando traffic is terrible. Not the owners fault, but plan extra time to get around. I would choose this property again. It was great for this occasion.

Excellent Property & Resort

The property was well equipped and had everything you needed and even more. Cable tvs in all bedrooms and ceiling fans. Games and books, even bathroom scales to weigh the suitcases. Hot tub and garden furniture was a big plus. The property was clean. Tammy was an excellent host and asked all questions. The swimming pool was yards from the townhouse. The resort was very secure with 24 hour manned gatehouse and in a great location. We will book again next summer and recommend it.

Ok rental

Had a few issues with the rental. Spent a day without AC in 95 degrees weather so definitely changed our feelings on the rental. The owner did get it fixed the next day. Overall not bad for the price but we probably won’t rent this house again.

I have a proactive maintenance schedule in place for the AC due to fact that the high temperatures in central Florida require the AC to be on 24/7. Unfortunately there is no way to predict or control when occasional repairs ate required. I’m sorry you felt I deserved a 3 star rating based on an unforeseen problem with the AC that you only reported to me at 10pm when you returned to the property that was repaired by 1pm the next day.

Fabulous Family Vacation!

We came down from NC to spend Thanksgiving with my father-in-law and had a wonderful time! My husband, our twin daughters (6) and our son and daughter-in-law all stayed very comfortably in this unit! The hot tub was an absolute bonus that we enjoyed every night! The unit also had everything we needed for our thanksgiving feast as there were plenty of dishes, utensils, glasses, towels for the pool and hot tub, blankets for snuggling to watch movies, etc. We will definitely be staying here again on future visits to Florida! Livin The Dream Retreat is one of the few 3 bedroom townhomes in Terra Verde that has the Screened Enclosure over the entire back patio/courtyard. This allows you to enjoy the outdoors without the bugs!! We are also the closest 3 bedroom townhouse to the main Clubhouse on the Lake.
